| [目的] 探讨穴位敷贴联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻的临床疗效及对胃肠激素的影响。[方法] 选取2022年6月至2023年6月在衡水市妇幼保健院儿科就诊的小儿消化不良性腹泻患儿110例，随机分为对照组(55例)和观察组(55例)。对照组服用酪酸梭菌活菌散，观察组给药醒脾养儿颗粒同时进行穴位敷贴，连续治疗9 d。比较两组患儿中医症候积分，临床疗效，症状改善时间，胃肠指标包括胃泌素(gastrin，GAS)、胃动力素(motilin，MTL)、生长抑素(somatostatin，SS)水平，以及不良反应。[结果]治疗后两组患者中医症候积分的主症、次症及总分较治疗前降低，观察组更低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较，观察组临床总有效率更高(P<0.05)，治疗后体温恢复正常时间、腹胀消失时间、大便次数及性状恢复正常时间更短(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较，治疗后两组患者GAS、MTL水平上升，SS水平下降(P<0.05)。与对照组比较，观察组GAS、MTL更高，SS水平则更低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论] 穴位敷贴联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻疗效显著，可明显改善临床症状，缩短恢复进程，调节胃肠激素水平，而且安全性好。 |

| [Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with Xingpi Yang’er Granules in the treatment of children with dyspeptic diarrhea and the changes of gastrointestinal hormones. [Methods] One hundred and ten children with dyspeptic diarrhea treated in the Department of Pediatrics of Hengshui Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group(55 cases) and observation group(55 cases). The control group was given Clostridium butyricum acid live powder， and the observation group was given Xingpi Yang’er Granules at the same time for point application， continuous treatment for 9 days. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score， clinical efficacy， symptom improvement time， gastrointestinal indexes，including gastrin(GAS)， motilin(MTL) and somatostatin(SS) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. [Results] The main symptoms， secondary symptoms and total scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment， and those in the observation group were lower after treatment(P<0.05). Compared with control group， the total clinical effective rate of observation group was higher(P<0.05)， the time for body temperature returning to normal， the time for abdominal distension disappearing，the time for stool frequency and characteristics returning to normal were shorter in observation group after treatment(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment， GAS and MTL levels increased and SS levels decreased in the 2 groups after treatment (P<0.05). Compared with the control group， GAS and MTL levels were higher in the observation group， while SS levels were lower (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). [Conclusion] Acupoint application combined with Xingpi Yang’er Granules in the treatment of children with dyspeptic diarrhea is effective， can obviously improve clinical symptoms， shorten the recovery process， adjust the level of gastrointestinal hormone， good safety. |
