| [目的]总结汪受传教授从足三阴经辨证论治小儿水疝的临证经验。[方法]通过随师侍诊，收集整理和记录分析汪教授治疗水疝的医案，分析汪教授治疗水疝的辨治思路，阐述汪教授对该病病因病机的认识，详细论证其辨证分型，并举验案加以分析。[结果]汪教授认为小儿水疝病因不离寒湿水气，辨证论治不离足三阴经，尤重足厥阴肝经，并与足太阴脾经、足少阴肾经有关，治疗以疏肝、实脾、温肾为主。案一辨证为湿聚足太阴脾经，治以健脾化湿利水；案二辨证为寒凝足厥阴肝经、足少阴肾经，治以疏肝温肾利水，治后均获良效。[结论]汪教授治疗小儿水疝从足三阴经辨证入手，治以疏肝健脾、温阳利水，临床收效良好，值得推广应用。 |

| [Objective]To summarize Professor WANG Shouchuan's clinical experience in treating pediatric water hernia based on syndrome differentiation of foot three Yin meridians.[Methods]Through following the teacher in clinical work， collecting and sorting the cases of water hernia treated by Professor WANG， the thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment of water hernia was analyzed， Professor WANG's understanding of etiology and pathogenesis was expounded and the syndrome differentiation was demonstrated in detail， and the characteristics of the treatment were further explained through case analysis. [Results]Professor WANG believes that the cause of pediatric water hernia cannot be separated from cold dampness and moisture， and syndrome differentiation and treatment cannot be separated from the foot three Yin meridians， especially the liver meridian of foot-Jueyin， is related to the spleen meridian of foot-Taiyin and the kidney meridian of foot-Shaoyin. The main treatment is to soothe the liver， strengthen the spleen， and warm the kidney. The first case was differentiated as dampness accumulation in the spleen meridian of foot-Taiyin， and the treatment was to invigorate the spleen， dispel dampness and promote diuresis; the second case was differentiated as cold coagulation in the liver meridian of foot-Jueyin and the kidney meridian of foot-Shaoyin， and the treatment was to soothe the liver， warm the kidney and promote diuresis. Both patients achieved good results after treatment. [Conclusion]Professor WANG's treatment of pediatric water hernia starts from the syndrome differentiation and demonstration of the foot three Yin meridians， adopts the methods of soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen， warming Yang and promoting diuresis， leading to good clinical results， which is worthy of popularization and application. |
