| [目的] 总结运气学推演的简易方法，以帮助初学者掌握其中的推演方法，并更好地推广运气学说。[方法] 结合相关的文献研究及实践经验，以图文结合的方式，归纳总结根据年份尾数法、掌上推算法、余数起算法、主气客气周流顺序等，推算出当时的中运、司天、在泉及主气、客气的方法。[结果] 中运推算:先通过尾数法推算年份天干，并借助掌上推算法辅助记忆推算出天干对应的中运。司天在泉推算:将十二地支布于左手手掌上，先以年份末两位数除以12并得出余数，以该年份所属世纪第1年的地支数为起点，按顺时针顺序算出余数所对应的地支数，并根据地支对应的六气，得出当年的司天与在泉。主气客气推算:以月份和日期得出当时所属气位(如一之气、二之气)，再根据厥阴-少阴-少阳-太阴-阳明-太阳的顺序得出主气，并根据前面得出的司天在泉分别确定三之气和终之气，然后根据“太阳-厥阴-少阴-太阴-少阳-阳明-太阳”的顺序得出当时所属气位的客气。[结论] 通过图文结合的方式总结出运气的推演方法，可帮助初学者掌握运气学推演方法，并促进运气学说的推广。 |

| [Objective] To sum up the simple deduction method of the theory of Yunqi， so as to help beginners to master the method and promote the theory. [Methods] By referring to relevant literatures and combining with practice， the paper accounted the method about how to calculate the Zhongyun， Sitian， Zaiquan， Zhuyun and Keqi， such as the mean about the mantissa of the year， the method of calculating the palm， the method through the remainder calculation and the running order of Zhuqi and Keqi， through the combination of texts and pictures. [Results] Calculation method of Zhongyun: First， the mantissa method is used to calculate the Tiangan of the year， and the Zhongyun is calculated by palm-assisted memory. Calculation method of Sitian and Zaiquan: Place the Dizhi on the palm of the left hand， divide the two digits at the end of the year by 12 to get the remainder， starting from the number of Dizhi in the first year of the century， the Dizhi can be calculated corresponding to the remainder in clockwise order， then according to the six Qi corresponding to Dizhi and Sitian and Zaiquan of that year can be figured out. Calculation method of Zhuqi and Keqi: Getting the current number of Qi based on the month and date， such as the Qi of the beginning and the Qi of the second， and the order from Jueyin to Shaoyin to Shaoyang to Taiyin to Yangming to Taiyang， the Zhuqi can be calculated. Based on the knowledge that Sitian is the Qi of the third and Zaiquan is the Qi of the end， the Keqi can be calculated by the order from Taiyang to Jueyin to Shaoyin to Taiyin to Shaoyang to Yangming to Taiyang. [Conclusion] By combination of texts and pictures， this paper summed up simpler deduction method of the theory of Yunqi， and helped beginners to master the method and promote the popularization of the theory on Yunqi. |
