      [目的] 了解浙江省传统医学师承教育发展现状及存在问题,为优化师承教育发展策略、推动传统医学高效传承提供思路建议。[方法] 对2017至2019年浙江省传统医学师承教育实际情况进行调研,收集相关资料和数据,围绕教育制度、教育政策、教育课程、教育规模、跟师监管及跟师考核等方面,深度剖析师承教育存在的问题,并以院校教育的优势为切入点,对比分析其融入师承教育后取得的培养成效。[结果] 近年来,浙江省传统医学师承教育主要分布在杭州、温州及金华等地区,师承人员年龄31~40岁,专业主要为中医、针推、妇儿及骨伤,指导老师大部分具有高级职称。师承教育整体发展良好,但其教育形式、课程设置、教育规模、跟师监管及考核不全面等诸多问题制约了其发展。院校教育融入师承教育有效提升了师承人员执业助理医师资格证的取得比例,通过率均在80.00%以上,比仅进行师承教育的人员执业助理医师资格考试通过率平均提高了17.90%。 [结论] 院校教育在教学内容上与师承教育表现出较好的顺应性,教学效果良好,应大力推广并不断优化院校教育融入师承教育这一发展策略,同时也要出台激励措施、开展远程监管、调整考核方式补充现有的师承政策,以提高师承教育的实效,促进传统医学的发展。

      [Objective] To investigate the development status and problems of traditional medical apprentice education in Zhejiang Province, so as to provide suggestions for optimizing the development strategy of apprentice education and promoting the efficient inheritance of traditional medicine. [Methods] Collect relevant information and data by investigating the actual situation of traditional medical apprentice education in Zhejiang Province in year 2017~2019, and deeply analyze its problems in system, policy, curriculum, scale, supervision and assessment. Then, focusing on the advantages of college education, compare and analyze the training effect after integrating college education into apprentice education. [Results] In recent years, the apprentice education of traditional medicine in Zhejiang Province is mainly distributed in Hangzhou, Wenzhou and Jinhua. The students are mainly aged 31~40 years, and their majors are predominantly distributed in traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine, acupuncture, gynecology, pediatrics and orthopedics. Besides, the most instructors have senior professional titles. The overall development of traditional medicine apprentice education is good, but its development is restricted by many problems, such as its educational form, curriculum, educational scale and incomplete supervision and assessment. The integration of college education into apprentice education has effectively improved the proportion of apprentice obtaining the qualification certificate of practicing assistant doctors, with the passing rate more than 80.00%, which is 17.90% higher than that of those who only carry out apprentice education. [Conclusion] College education shows good compliance with apprentice education in teaching content and gets very satisfactory results. At the same time, it should also introduce incentive measures, carry out remote supervision, adjust the assessment methods and supplement the existing policies, so as to improve the effectiveness of traditional medicine apprentice education and promote the development of traditional medicine.
