| [目的]探析盛丽先教授治疗儿童肾病综合征伴反复呼吸道感染经验的学术特色，总结临证治疗经验。[方法]通过跟随盛丽先教授临证侍诊，收集相关医案，分析盛丽先教授对儿童肾病综合征伴反复呼吸道感染病因病机的认识，总结其治疗儿童肾病综合征伴反复呼吸道感染的学术观点、治疗分期、常用方药，并分析典型案例。[结果]盛丽先教授认为儿童肾病综合征伴反复呼吸道感染的病机主要为肺卫不固、营卫不和，脾运不健、土不生金，风邪、湿邪、食积为贯穿其中的病理因素。治疗从急性感染期、临床缓解期、预防复发期三期论治。急性感染期治疗喜伍风药，常用经验方“疏宣七味汤”“升降散结汤” 等；临床缓解期从调和营卫、清热化湿两方面论治，常用方“柴胡桂枝汤”“三仁汤”等；预防复发期重点治脾，常用方“六君子汤”“固元汤”等。所附医案首诊属临床缓解期，以“柴胡桂枝汤”加减，后续预防复发从脾土入手，以“六君子汤、固元汤”等加减调治，随访1年肾病未复发。[结论]盛丽先教授治疗儿童肾病综合征伴反复呼吸道感染抓住主要病机，分期论治，临床经验丰富，值得推广效法。 |

| [Objective] To explore the academic viewpoint of Professor SHENG Lixian's experience in children nephritic syndrome(NS) with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI), and to summarize the experience of clinical treatment.[Method] To analyze Professor SHENG Lixian’s understanding of the pathogenesis of children NS with RTTI and summarize her academic viewpoint, treating stage, commonly used formulae by following Professor SHENG Lixian’s clinical attendance and collecting relevant medical records. Typical case is also analyzed.[Results] Professor SHENG Lixian thinks that the etiology and pathogenesis of children NS with RTTI has two sides, one is lung deficiency and disharmony between Ying and Wei; another is spleen deficiency and un-successive promotion between earth and metal. Wind-evil,wet-evil and indigestion are the pathological factors running through the disease. The treatment consists of three stages: Acute infection stage by using wind-expelling drugs，such as "Shuxuan Qiwei Decoction" and "Shengjiang Sanjie Decoction"; clinical remission stage by harmonizing Ying and Wei,clearing heat and removing dampness, such as "Chaihu Guizhi Decoction" and "Sanren Decoction"; prevention stage by treating spleen, such as "Liujunzi Decoction" and "Guyuan Decoction". In the typical case, the first diagnosis of the child was in a clinical remission stage, Professor SHENG Lixian treated him with "Chaihu Guizhi Decoction" at first, the follow-up prevention stage by focusing on spleen, such as "Liujunzi Decoction, Guyuan Decoction". One year follow-up showed no recurrence of nephritic syndrome.[Conclusion] Professor SHENG Lixian treats children NS with RTTI by seizing the main pathogenesis at different stages，which has remarkable significance in guiding clinical treatment. |
