      [目的]了解中医学专业长学制学生在本科与研究生阶段的职业规划、创新创业能力现状,并探讨改善现状的对策。[方法]采取整群抽样的方法,选择浙江中医药大学第一临床医学院中医学专业长学制(本硕连读)学生250名作为研究对象,采用自制问卷和深度访谈的方式,对中医学专业长学制学生的职业规划和创新创业能力进行调查研究,并探讨有效对策。[结果]共获得有效问卷247份,回收率为98.80%。问卷调查结果显示,自我认知方面:64.78%的学生清楚自己的性格、能力等方面的优劣势;职业认知方面:绝大部分学生基于兴趣选择了中医学专业;职业规划方面:40.16%的学生清楚自己未来3~5年的学习和工作计划;职业规划指导方面:72.07%的学生知晓学校已配备职业规划指导机构;创新创业教育方面:73%的学生支持医学生创新创业活动,63.56%的学生倾向于将创业项目与中医药文化融合,但经验缺乏、资金短缺和心理能力不足等是学生创新创业过程中遇到的主要障碍。分析发现,深化职业规划教育、加强从本科到研究生阶段的转段指导、完善课程设置、疏导学生心理压力是提升中医学专业长学制学生职业规划能力的有效手段;强化创新导向、健全师资团队、给予资金支持、构建孵化平台等对策能培养中医学专业长学制学生的创新创业思维,并融入其培养全过程。[结论]中医学专业长学制学生存在自我认知和职业认知不全面、缺乏长期有效的职业规划指导、创新创业经验不足和资金短缺等问题。学校和学院应从思想引领、课程设置、师资配备、资金支持等方面入手,提高中医学专业长学制学生的就业能力和创新意识,为社会培养更多的复合型人才。

      [Objective] To investigate the current situation of career planning, innovation and entrepreneurship of the students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the undergraduate and postgraduate phase, and discuss the countermeasures to improve the present situation. [Methods] Using the method of cluster sampling, 250 students of the First Clinical Medical College of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University were selected as the research object, the career planning, innovation and entrepreneurship of the students majoring in TCM were investigated and researched by self-made questionnaires and in-depth interview, and the effective countermeasures were discussed.[Results] A total of 247 valid questionnaires were obtained, the recovery rate is 98.80%. Questionnaire results indicated that in self-cognition aspect: 64.78% of students were aware of their strengths and weaknesses in terms of personality and ability; in career cognition aspect: most students chose Chinese medicine majors based on their interests; in career planning aspect: 40.16% students knew their study and work plans of the next 3 to 5 years well; in career guidance aspect: 72.07% students knew the school had been equipped with career planning guidance institutions. As for innovation and pioneering: 73% students supported that medical students engage in innovative entrepreneurship, and 63.56% students tended to integrate entrepreneurial projects with Chinese medicine culture, but lack of experience, shortage of funds, lack of psychological ability and so on were obstacles in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship for students. Through analysis, it is found that deepening career planning education, strengthening the guidance from the undergraduate to postgraduate phase, improving the curriculum setting and grooming students' psychological stress are effective means to improve the career planning ability of the students majoring in TCM. Strengthening the innovation orientation, perfecting the faculty team, providing financial support and building incubation platforms can cultivate innovative entrepreneurial thinking and integrate innovation and entrepreneurship into the whole cultivation process of the students majoring in TCM. [Conclusion] The long-term students of TCM are not comprehensive in self-cognition and occupational cognition, lack long-term effective career planning guidance, lack of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship, and shortage of funds, reform of relevant education is supposed to be carried out. It is suggested that university and college should start from the aspects of ideological guidance, curriculum setting, teaching resources, financial support and so on to improve the employment ability and innovation consciousness of long-term students majoring in TCM, and to cultivate more versatile talents for the society.
