| [目的]整理并学习《医宗金鉴·伤寒论注》中对比方法的运用。[方法] 认真阅读《医宗金鉴·伤寒论注》，采用文献整理方法，从病证、方药、煎煮法三个方面总结梳理其中对比方法的运用。[结果]《医宗金鉴·伤寒论注》屡用对比方法解释经文，主要有明示六经辨证、订正经文字句、明确方药之用、佐证病证之由、明煎煮法内涵、释用药之真意六个方面的作用，并应用对比方法对《伤寒论》经文次序、字句进行了订正，对六经病证纲领、病证缘由进行了阐述，还指出了方药煎煮法的重要性。[结论]吴氏通过运用对比方法来注释经文方药，实为一种以经解经的方法，该书中多有真知灼见，值得进一步总结学习。 |

| [Objective] To collate and study the application of comparative method in “Golden Mirror of Medicine: Annotation of Treatise on Febrile Diseases”.[Methods] By using the method of literature review, carefully reading “Golden Mirror of Medicine: Annotation of Treatise on Febrile Diseases”, and the idea of the application of comparative method was summarized and sorted out from three aspects, such as the disease and syndrome, prescription and decocting method. [Results]The comparative method was used in “Golden Mirror of Medicine: Annotation of Treatise on Febrile Diseases” to interpret the classics, it mainly included expressions of differentiation of syndromes according to the theory of six meridians, revision of classic sentences, definition of the use of prescriptions, evidence of the cause of the disease, definition of the connotation of decocting method, and explanation of the true meaning of the medicine. And the comparative method was used to revise the sequence and words of “Treatise on Febrile Diseases”, and the guiding principles of the symptoms of six meridians and the cause of the disease were also elaborated. The importance of the decocting method was also pointed out.[Conclusion] WU annotated the classic sentences and prescriptions through comparative method, it was actually a method to interpret classics with classics. In addition, WU’s application of comparative method in the book had many penetrating insights, which are worth further summarizing and studying. |
