| [目的]介绍韩旭教授从胃论治冠心病的临床经验。[方法]通过跟师学习，分析研究韩旭教授治疗冠心病的临床医案，从理论溯源、病因病机、治法方药等方面总结韩旭教授从胃论治冠心病的临床诊疗思路及临证方药特点并予验案佐证。[结果]基于“心胃相关”理论，韩旭教授认为胃腑病变可导致心胸气血不畅而诱发或加重冠心病，病机总属心脉痹阻，病理变化为本虚标实，本虚包括胃、心气虚、阴虚及阳虚，标实有血瘀、寒凝、痰浊、气滞，且可相兼为病。通过辨证分别以理气通降、活血通络法，降胃导滞、通浊利脉法，通腑泄热、宁心安神法，益气和胃、活血通脉法，滋阴通降、养心和络法，温中助阳、散寒降逆法论治冠心病，取得较好的效果。所举案例具体展示了上述辨证思路和治疗经验。[结论]对冠心病的诊治不可忽视辨胃、养胃、通胃，韩旭教授辨证运用六法从胃论治冠心病疗效显著，对临床治疗冠心病有借鉴意义。 |

| [Objective] To introduce Professor HAN Xu's clinical experience in treating coronary heart disease according to stomach. [Methods]By learning from teachers,studying and analyzing the clinical medical cases,the theoretical viewpoints and characteristics of clinical prescriptions of Professor HAN Xu in treating coronary heart disease according to stomach was summarized from the theoretical origin,etiology and pathogenesis, therapeutic principles and herb prescription, and one empirical case was presented for evidence. [Results] Based on the theory of "heart-stomach correlation", Professor HAN Xu thinks that the pathological changes of stomach can impede the free flow of Qi and blood through heart in chest, and then induce or aggravate the symptoms of coronary heart disease. The pathogenesis of the disease belongs to heart vessel blockage stasis,pathological changes are based on virtual real nature, the deficiency includes stomach-heart Qi, Yin and Yang deficiency, the pathogens include blood stasis, cold coagulation, turbid phlegm and Qi stagnation, and they can exist simultaneously to cause disease.According to syndrome differentiation, the methods of subduing the adverse flow of Qi and activating blood circulation to dredge collaterals, freeing stomach to resolving stagnation and dredging turbidity to unblock the vessels,purging Fu-organs to eliminate heat and relieving mental stress, tonifying Qi and regulating stomach and promoting coronary circulation, nourishing Yin and freeing downflow and nourishing heart and collateral, warming Yang to assist Yang and dispelling cold and reducing adverse flow were used to treat coronary heart disease, and good results were achieved.The case showed the dialectical thinking and treatment experience. [Conclusion]Discriminating, nourishing and freeing the stomach cannot be ignored in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease,Professor HAN Xu’s syndrome differentiation of using six methods to treat coronary heart disease from stomach achieves significant results, which is of reference significance to clinical treatment of coronary heart disease. |
