| [目的]总结韩新民教授内外合治慢性寰枢关节半脱位型儿童抽动症经验。[方法]通过跟随韩新民教授门诊，记录整理相关病历，从病因病机、诊断要点、治疗方法等几个方面探讨分析、归纳韩新民教授对于慢性寰枢关节半脱位型儿童抽动症的临床诊断思路及治疗经验，并举验案一则以证其实。[结果]韩新民教授认为，慢性寰枢关节半脱位型儿童抽动症属枢椎齿状突与寰椎两侧块结构异常的一种病理状态，多由上呼吸道感染导致，治疗应在辨证与辨部位的基础上着重行气活血、养血柔筋、舒经活络，强调针灸等外治法的必要性。所附验案属风痰扰动，予平肝泻火、熄风化痰，内服自拟熄风涤痰汤加减，外用辨症选穴局部针刺，取得较好疗效。[结论]韩新民教授治疗慢性寰枢关节半脱位型儿童抽动症有独到的学术思想和临床经验，内服与外治兼具的诊疗方法在临床实践中行之有效，为中医治疗儿童抽动症提供新思路，值得推广应用。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Professor HAN Xinmin’s experiences on treating children Tic disorder combined with chronic atlantoaxial subluxation. [Method]By learning from Professor HAN Xinmin, recording the relevant cases and analyzing typical cases,to sum up the academic thoughts and effective prescription, as well as list one proved case.[Results] Professor HAN Xinmin advocates that syndrome differentiation should be combined with body location differentiation in treating children Tic disorder combined with chronic atlantoaxial subluxation. He emphasizes promoting Qi, dredging collateral, nourishing and enhancing blood circulation. External treatment like acupuncture should be used with medicine simultaneously. [Conclusion]Therapies of Professor HAN Xinmin on treating children Tic disorder combined with chronic atlantoaxial subluxation have significant effect, which have the value of popularization and application. |
