| [目的]探究清肺饮治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎合并高血压病患者的临床疗效，并进行前后对照。[方法]选取武汉市江夏方舱医院收治的152例新型冠状病毒肺炎合并高血压病患者，在西医氧疗及对症支持的基础上，不使用抗病毒药物，继续服用原先控制血压的药物，同时从肺论治，使用清肺饮颗粒剂口服治疗，具体药物包括瓜蒌皮10g、清半夏15g、黄芩10g、炙百部10g、前胡10g、白前10g、炙甘草10g，剂型为颗粒剂，水冲服，日1剂，分2次服用，疗程2周。收集并分析患者的临床资料，包括一般情况、相关实验室指标、影像学表现、血压控制情况等，观察临床疗效。[结果]清肺饮能够有效治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎，促使患者新型冠状病毒核酸转阴，胸部影像学表现好转，同时还能起到辅助降压的作用。152例患者平均住院时间(10.82±3.82)d，平均收缩压降低(13.99±5.73)mmHg，平均舒张压降低(8.41±2.50)mmHg。观察期间，未出现向危重型转化的病例。[结论]清肺饮在治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的同时能够辅助降压，显示出中医药治疗多靶点、协同作用的优势，可作为有效方案，进行临床推广。 |

| [Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qingfei decoction in treating patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) combined with hypertension.[Methods] One hundred and fifty-two cases of patients with COVID-19 combined with hypertension admitted to Wuhan Jiangxia Fangcang Shelter Hospital were selected. On the basis of oxygen therapy and symptomatic support， the antiviral drugs were not used， and Qingfei decoction was used combined with previous blood pressure control drugs. Qingfei decoction includes 10g of Pericarpium Trichosanthis， 15g of Pinellia ternate， 10g of Scutellaria baicalensis，10g of Stemona japonica Preparata， 10g of Peucedani Radix， 10g of Cynanchi Stauntonii Rhizoma， 10g of Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata， the dosage form was granule， which was taken with water， one dose a day for two weeks. The clinical data of patients， including general conditions， related laboratory indicators， imaging manifestations， blood pressure control， etc. were collected and analyzed to observe the clinical efficacy.[Results] On the basis of effective treatment of the COVID-19， promoting the new coronavirus nucleic acid detection and the improvement of chest imaging， Qingfei decoction also played an auxiliary role in reducing blood pressure. The average length of stay in 152 patients was (10.82±3.82)d， the average systolic blood pressure decreased by (13.99±5.73) mmHg， and the average diastolic blood pressure decreased by (8.41±2.50) mmHg. During the observation period， there were no cases of severe transformation.[Conclusion] Qingfei decoction can be used in the treatment of COVID-19， and at the same time， it can help control blood pressure, showing TCM advamtages of multi-targets and synergism, wich can be chosen as effective scheme for clinical romotion. |
