| [目的]总结中药灌肠清除新型冠状病毒肺炎患者大便中病毒残留的方法和意义。[方法]通过分析新型冠状病毒肺炎患者大便病毒核酸检测阳性的病因病机，总结清肠治疗的治则治法，并以二则验案加以证实。[结果]大便新型冠状病毒检测阳性患者的病因病机为湿疫传变、浊毒蕴肠，治疗上总结出“清肠四法”，即苦温燥湿、理气通腑、清热利湿、活血散邪，采用泄浊解毒承气方中药灌肠治疗。泄浊解毒承气方由厚朴、槟榔、草果、藿香、甘草、制大黄、贯众、金银花、连翘、苦参、虎杖、白花蛇舌草、赤芍组成。所附两则验案中患者大便新型冠状病毒核酸检测均为阳性，采用自拟泄浊解毒承气方灌肠治疗后，明显加快了肠道残留病毒排除进程，取得较好疗效。[结论]“泄浊解毒”中药灌肠，可以改变肠道环境、搜剔肠络、给邪出路，对于加快清除肠道局部病毒残留具有较大的临床意义。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the method and clinical significance of removing virus residue in stool of patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) by Chinese medicine enema.[Methods] Through analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19 patients with positive stool nucleic acid test， the therapeutic principle and treatment method of clearing intestine were summarized， and two cases were presented to confirm.[Results] It is concluded that the etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19 patients with stool nucleic acid test positive are transmission of damp disease， turbid poison accumulation in intestines; and the four methods of clearing intestines are summed up， such as expelling dampness with bitter-warm herbs， regulating Qi and dredging the viscera， clearing heat and draining dampness， invigorating blood circulation and dispersing pathogenic factors. Therefore， Xiezhuo Jiedu Chengqi formula is adopted for enema treatment. Xiezhuo Jiedu Chengqi formula consists of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex， Areca catechu L.， Fructus Tsaoko， Agastache rugose， Radix Glycyrrhizae， Rhei Radix et Rhizoma， Rhizoma Dryopteridis， Lonicerae Japonicae Flos， Forsythia suspense， Sophorae Flavescentis Radix， Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma， Herba Hedyoti Diffusae， Paeoniae Radix Rubra. It was found that Chinese medicine enema treatment obviously accelerated the elimination process of intestinal residual virus， and the COVID-19 patients with tool nucleic acid test positive achieved good results after enema treatment.[Conclusion] Chinese medicine enema of “relieving turbidity and detoxification” can improve the intestinal environment， and help to clean out the pathogen factors completely， which is of special significance to accelerate the clearance of intestinal residual virus. |
