| [目的]总结崔云教授辨治血精症的经验。[方法]通过跟随崔云教授临证侍诊，收集相关病案，分析崔云教授对血精症病因病机的认识，总结其治疗血精症的学术观点、治疗分型、常用方药，并举案例予以佐证。[结果]崔云教授认为血精症的病机主要为肾虚肝郁、热迫血行，湿热蕴结、灼伤血络，脾肾两虚、气不摄血。治疗上，肾虚肝郁型治以滋肾疏肝止血，常用“自拟滋肾疏肝止血方”加减；湿热蕴结型治以清泻湿热、凉血止血，常用“四妙散”加减；脾肾两虚型治以补肾健脾、益气摄血，常用“还少丹”加减。本案患者辨为肾虚肝郁证，治以滋肾疏肝、清浊和络，方用“自拟滋肾疏肝止血方”，同时配合心理和饮食起居指导，最终取得良好的疗效，充分验证了上述辨证思路及治疗经验。[结论]崔云教授基于肝肾同源理论，以滋肾疏肝、清浊和络治疗血精症，临证详查病因，遣方用药灵活变通、切中病机，注重心理疏导，其经验值得学习与借鉴。 |

| [Objective]To summarize Professor CUI Yun's experience in treating hemospermia syndrome. [Methods] Through following Professor CUI Yun's clinical work and collecting relevant medical records， Professor CUI Yun's understanding of the pathogenesis of hemospermia syndrome was analyzed and his academic viewpoint， treating stage， commonly used formulae were summarized. One case was discussed as evidence. [Results] Professor CUI Yun thinks that the pathogenesis of hemospermia syndrome is mainly deficiency of the kidney and stagnation of the liver， heat invading blood circulation; damp heat accumulating and burning blood vessels; deficiency of the spleen and kidney， dysfunction of Qi in blood control. In the treatment， deficiency of the kidney and stagnation of the liver type is treated with nourishing the kidney and soothing the liver to stop bleeding， and “Zishen Shugan Zhixue Formula” is often used. Damp and heat accumulation type is treated with clearing damp-heat， cooling the blood and stopping bleeding， and “Simiao Powder” is commonly used. Deficiency of the spleen and kidney type is treated with tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen， benefiting Qi and controlling blood， and “Huanshao Pill” is often used. In the case， the patient was differentiated as deficiency of the kidney and stagnation of the liver type， finally achieved good curative effect after treated with self-made “Zishen Shugan Zhixue Formula” to nourish the kidney and soothe the liver， clear turbidity and dredge collaterals， combined with psychological and dietary guidance. The case fully proved the above thinking of differen tiation and treatment experience of Professor CUI Yun.[Conclusion] Based on the theory of homology of liver and kidney， Professor CUI Yun treats hemospermia with tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver， clearing turbidity and dredging collaterals. He investigates the causes of the disease in detail， prescribes flexibly to hit the pathogenesis， and pays attention to psychological dredging. His experience is worth learning and using for reference. |
