| [目的]探析连建伟教授运用疏肝健脾法治疗疾病的理论及经验。[方法]通过跟师临诊，收集病案，从病因病机、脉诊、用药探讨连建伟教授治疗肝郁脾虚证的学术思想和临证经验，并附胃痞、腹胀、失眠、血精属肝郁脾虚证的病案以佐证。[结果]连建伟教授认为肝郁脾虚证是临床中常见的一种证型，依据四诊合参，只要病机符合，均可运用疏肝健脾法治疗。连教授善于通过左右关脉诊断肝郁脾虚证，肝郁多为左关弦、小弦，脾虚多为右关虚、缓；用药轻灵，如疏肝之柴胡多不过6g，若肝郁甚，则加香附、佛手等；健脾多以白术、茯苓，用量的多少视肝郁与脾虚病机的轻重，法度严谨。所选胃痞、腹胀、失眠、血精等四则病案，皆辨证为肝郁脾虚证，治以疏肝健脾法，方以逍遥散灵活化裁，取得较好疗效。[结论]连建伟教授运用疏肝健脾的临床经验丰富，临证以患者情志以及左、右关脉为依据，辨证为肝郁脾虚证者，皆可运用疏肝健脾法治疗，方以逍遥散化裁。 |

| [Objective] To analyse the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor LIAN Jianwei in treating diseases with methods of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen. [Methods] By consulting the teacher，collecting the medical records， Professor LIAN Jianwei's academic thoughts and clinical experience in treating liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome were discussed from the etiology，pharmacy and pulse-taking，and the clinical medical records of stuffiness of stomach，abdominal distension，insomnia and hematospermia of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome were presented as evidence.[Results] Liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome is a common syndrome in clinic.It should be treated with methods of smoothing the liver and strengthening the spleen as long as its pathogenesis accord with liver depression and spleen deficiency in the light of the four methods of diagnosis.Professor LIAN is good at diagnosing liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome by the Guan pulse，the left Guan is taut pulse or small taut because of liver depression syndrome， the right Guan pulse is feeble or moderate because of spleen deficiency syndrome.He prescribes herbal medicines or dosage as few as possible， the amount of Bupleurum chinense is used only 6g， for example. If liver depression syndrome is serious， Cyperus rotundus and Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis should be added. Poria cocos and Wolfiporia cocos are used for treating spleen deficiency syndrome. His prescription is rigorous because he adjusts dosage according to primary and secondary of liver depression or spleen deficiency syndrome. The four cases were records of stuffiness of stomach， abdominal distension， insomnia and hematospermia from of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome， all patients achieved good results after treated with prescription of flexible Xiaoyao powder addition and subtraction to soothe the liver and strengthen the spleen.[Conclusion] Professor LIAN has rich experiences in treating diseases with methods of smoothing the liver and strengthening the spleen，and the clinical symptoms are based on the patient's emotion and left and right Guan pulses. The patients differentiated as liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome can be treated by the method of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen， and the prescription of Xiaoyao powder can be adopted. |
