| [目的]观察运动疗法联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis，KOA)的临床疗效。[方法]将100例符合标准的KOA的患者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组各50例。试验组采用运动疗法(每日早晚各1次，每次20遍，每周4～5d)联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片(口服，2次/d，1片/次)治疗，对照组仅采用盐酸氨基葡萄糖片(口服，2次/d，1片/次)治疗，疗程均为8周，两组患者分别于治疗前后采用西安大略麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index，WOMAC)、视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale，VAS)进行临床疗效观察及比较。[结果]课题进行过程中，试验组脱落3例，实际计入统计47例；对照组脱落4例，实际计入统计46例。治疗前两组患者WOMAC评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，具有可比性；治疗后两组患者评分均降低，与同组治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗后试验组WOMAC评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗前两组患者VAS比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，具有可比性；治疗后两组患者评分均降低，与同组治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组患者疼痛改善程度相当，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。[结论]运动疗法联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗，以及单纯盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗均可改善患者的膝关节疼痛、功能及生活质量，但是在关节功能方面，运动疗法联合药物治疗效果更好。 |

| [Objective] To examine the effect of exercise therapy combined with Glucosamine hydrochloride tablet on elderly knee osteoarthritis(KOA). [Methods] A total of 100 patients with KOA entered this trial which were randomly divided into two groups: Experimental group and control group. Patients in experimental group were treated with both exercise therapy(twice a day，20 times per time， 4～5 days a week) and Glucosamine hydrochloride tablet(twice a day， one tablet per time). The patients in control group were only treated with Glucosamine hydrochloride tablet(twice a day， one tablet per time). The course of treatment in both groups was eight weeks. Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)， visual analogue scale(VAS) were assessed in two groups before and after treatment. [Results] Forty-seven patients of experimental group and forty-six patients of control group were involved in the result analysis. Before treatment there was no significant difference of WOMAC between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment， the scores of the two groups decreased， there were significant differences in both groups after treatment compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment， WOMAC score of experimental group was lower than that of control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). Before treatment there was no significant difference of VAS between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment， the scores of the two groups were decreased， and there were significant differences in both groups after treatment compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05). Additionally， there was no significant difference between two groups after treatment(P＞0.05). [Conclusion] Both groups showed a significant curative efficacy in patients， and the treatment of exercise therapy combined with Glucosamine hydrochloride tablet is more effective. |
