| [目的]探讨医学大家叶天士治疗喘证的思路及方法。[方法]收集叶天士《临证指南医案》中治疗喘证的医案及处方，对处方进行整理、分析，归纳其治喘思路及方法。[结果]叶氏认为，肺系疾病不外乎咳、痰、喘，治喘本乎肺，却不拘泥于肺。叶氏治喘，以肺体为中心，着眼于肾、肝、脾胃、三焦等脏腑，依据脏腑经络、气血阴阳的相互关联及转化，分而治之。治疗喘证以辨阴阳、辨虚实、辨脏腑、辨缓急为特点，治疗方法包括温肺化饮法、清热泻肺法、宣肺利水法、补中益气法、补肾纳气法、温阳利饮法、分消走泄法、降气活血法、益胃养阴法、固元收摄法10种。[结论]叶氏治喘求古博新，以肺体为中心，着眼于肾、肝、脾胃、三焦等脏腑，依据脏腑经络、气血阴阳的相互关联及转化，分而治之。其治疗经验值得后辈医者探讨学习。 |

| [Objective] To discuss the thinking and method of treating asthma syndrome by YE Tianshi.[Methods] Through collecting medical cases and prescription about asthma syndrome in“Clinical Guideline of Medical Records”， arranging and analyzing the prescription，YE’s ideas and methods of treating asthma were summarized.[Results] YE believed that lung diseases were nothing more than cough， phlegm and asthma. The treatment of asthma should base on the lung， but not confined to the lung. YE's treatment of asthma took the lung as the center， focused on the viscera such as kidney， liver， spleen and stomach， and tri-Jiao， and treated them separately according to the correlation and transformation of viscera and meridians， Qi and blood， Yin and Yang.YE’s treatment of asthma was characterized by differentiation of Yin and Yang， deficiency and excess，Zang and Fu， degree of urgency.The treatment methods included 10 methods， such as warming the lung and dissolving retained fluid， clearing heat and purging the lung， dispersing the lung and promoting diuresis， supplementing middle-Jiao and supplementing Qi， tonifying the kidney and absorbing Qi， warming Yang and promoting diuresis， separately eliminating and drainaging， descending Qi and promoting blood circulation， benefiting the stomach and nourishing Yin，and strengthening congenital Qi and aggregating methods.Asthma treatment was based on the lung， but not confined to the lung. [Conclusion] YE treated asthma by striving for the ancient， and exploring new things， centered on the lung， focused on the kidney， liver， spleen and stomach， tri-Jiao and other viscera， treated them separately according to the correlation and transformation of viscera and meridians， Qi and blood， Yin and Yang.His therapeutic experience is worthy to be discussed and learned by future doctors. |
