| [目的]总结成永明主任运用岭南无痛蜂针疗法(以下简称蜂疗)治疗儿科疾病的临床经验。[方法]通过查阅复习相关中医文献、跟师临诊、整理医案等方式，从儿童蜂疗技术要点、选穴特色及应用领域等方面总结分析成永明主任临床经验，并列举验案一则加以佐证。[结果]现代蜂疗多应用于成人，儿童蜂疗相对成人更易发生过敏反应，故儿童蜂疗本是蜂疗业内很少有人涉足之领域。成永明主任根据多年临床实践改良传统蜂疗术，设立儿童蜂疗操作规范，将蜂疗应用于儿童疾病的治疗。治疗过程中重视中医整体观念和辨证论治思想，结合现代生物全息理论挖掘蜂疗特效穴位，并将蜂疗推广到儿童中医“治未病”领域，收效良好。所举验案中患儿诊断为腹痛(脾胃虚寒型)，在中医辨证论治思想指导下，经岭南无痛蜂疗针刺足跟穴、足三里穴，治疗后症状缓解，恢复正常生活。[结论]成永明主任改良传统蜂疗技术，扩大传统蜂疗应用领域，临床针法及临床选穴独具特色，临床治疗儿科疾病疗效满意，副反应少，具有临床探讨及推广意义。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of Director CHENG Yongming in the treatment of pediatric diseases with Lingnan painless bee acupuncture therapy. [Methods]By reviewing the relevant literatures of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)， following teachers' clinical work， and sorting out medical cases， the clinical experience of Director CHENG Yongming in the treatment of pediatric diseases was summarized and analyzed from the aspects of technical points， acupoint selection characteristics and application fields of children's bee acupuncture therapy， and a case was cited to support it. [Results]Modern bee acupuncture therapy is mostly applied to adults， because bee acupuncture therapy of children is more prone to allergic reactions than adults. Therefore， children's bee acupuncture therapy is a field that few people are involved in. Director CHENG Yongming improves traditional bee acupuncture therapy based on many years of clinical practice， and sets up bee acupuncture therapy standard for children， so that bee acupuncture therapy can be applied to the treatment of pediatric diseases. During the treatment process， the overall concept of TCM and the thoughts of syndrome differentiation and treatment are emphasized， combining with modern biological holographic theory to excavate the specific acupoints of bee acupuncture therapy， and extending bee acupuncture therapy to the field of “preventive treatment of disease” for children. In the case， the patient was diagnosed as abdominal pain(spleen stomach deficiency cold type). Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment， the patient was treated with Lingnan painless bee acupuncture therapy at heel point and Zusanli point， and the symptoms were relieved and normal life was restored. [Conclusion] Director CHENG Yongming improves the traditional bee acupuncture therapy technology and expands the application field of traditional bee acupuncture therapy. The clinical acupuncture method and clinical acupoint selection are unique， and the curative effect is satisfactory in the clinical treatment of pediatric diseases， with few side effects， which has clinical discussion and promotion significance. |
