| [目的]观察头体针治疗轻、中度单纯性压力性尿失禁(stress urinary incontinence，SUI)的疗效，为针刺治疗女性轻、中度单纯性SUI提供参考依据。[方法]选择2019年1月1日至2019年12月31日就诊于金华市第二医院康复科的轻、中度单纯性SUI患者50例，随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组采用针刺百会、足运感区(前后正中线的中点，旁开左右各1厘米处为起点，由此点向后引一条平行于前后正中线、长3cm的直线)、三阴交，深刺气海、中极、秩边透水道、次髎，对照组采用提肛肌收缩运动疗法。观察比较两组患者治疗前后1h尿垫测试测得的漏尿量及国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表简表(Short Form of International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire，ICI-Q-SF)评分，并比较两组总有效率。[结果]治疗后两组漏尿量和ICI-Q-SF评分组间差异均有统计学意义，研究组优于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组治疗前后组内差异也有统计学意义，治疗后均优于治疗前(P＜0.05)；研究组总有效率为76.0%，对照组总有效率48.0%，研究组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05)。[结论]头体针可以安全有效的缓解轻、中度单纯性SUI患者的症状，提高生活质量，值得临床推广使用。 |

| [Objective] To analyze the effect of head and body acupuncture treatment on simple stress urinary incontinence(SUI)， and provide a reference for acupuncture treatment of mild to moderate female simple SUI. [Methods] Fifty patients with mild and moderate simple SUI who visited the Department of Rehabilitation of Jinhua Second Hospital from January 1， 2019 to December 31， 2019 were randomly divided into research group and control group. The research group used acupuncture in Baihui， foot motor sensory area(the midpoint of the front and back midline， with 1cm to left and right sides as the starting point)， and deep acupuncture in Qihai， Zhongji， Zhibian permeable channel and Ciliao; the control group used contraction of levator ani exercise therapy. The urine leakage measured by the 1h urine pad test and the scores of Short Form of International Urinary Incontinence Advisory Committee Urinary Incontinence Questionnaire(ICI-Q-SF) were observed and compared before and after treatment. And the total effective rate of the two groups was compared. [Results] The differences in urine leakage and ICI-Q-SF scores between the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P＜0.05)， and the therapeutic effect of research group was better than that of control group. Comparison between before and after treatment within the groups indicated the results of after treatment were better than before treatment， and the difference within the two groups before and after treatment was also statistically significant(P＜0.05). The total effective rate of research group was 76.0%， higher than control group， which was 48.0%(P＜0.05). [Conclusion] Head and body acupuncture can safely and effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with mild to moderate simple SUI， and improve the quality of life. It is worthy of clinical promotion. |
