      [目的]评价浙江某三级甲等中医院炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)患者中医健康教育微课的应用效果,为提高IBD患者中医健康素养、生活质量和心理状态提供参考。[方法]选择浙江某三级甲等中医院消化科自2019年1月至6月收治的符合纳入、排除标准的IBD患者80例,采用一般资料调查问卷、公民中医养生保健素养调查问卷、中文版IBD生活质量问卷(inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire,IBDQ)对患者进行问卷调查,根据调查结果构建IBD中医健康教育微课。将80例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组予常规IBD中西医健康知识口头讲解、中医健康教育处方等方法进行宣教,实验组在对照组的基础上运用IBD中医健康教育系列微课进行宣教。干预后两组患者再次采用公民中医养生保健素养调查问卷进行调查,并采用中文版IBDQ评定两组患者的生活质量,采用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评定两组患者的心理状况,测评两组患者对宣教的满意度。[结果]两组患者基线资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。宣教后实验组IBD患者中医养生保健素养、IBDQ得分明显提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),且高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);实验组患者SAS和SDS评分低于对照组、满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]通过IBD中医健康教育微课的应用,能显著提高IBD患者中医健康素养,促使患者做好疾病自我管理,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,增加患者满意度,可为今后IBD患者的中医健康素养干预提供借鉴。

      [Objective]To evaluate the application effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Health Education micro course for inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) on IBD patients in a third class TCM hospital in Zhejiang Province, so as to provide reference for improving TCM health quality, life quality and mental state of patients with IBD. [Methods]From January to June 2019, eighty patients with IBD in the Digestive Department of the hospital who met the exclusion criteria were investigated with general information questionnaire, citizen health care quality questionnaire and Chinese version inflammation bowel clisease questionnaire(IBDQ). According to the results of the investigation, the micro course of TCM Health Education for IBD was constructed. Eighty patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was given oral explanation of traditional Chinese and western medicine health knowledge of IBD diseases, Health Education Prescriptions of TCM and other methods for publicity and education. The experimental group was educated by the micro course of TCM Health Education for IBD on the basis of control group. After the intervention, the two groups were investigated again with citizen health care quality questionnaire, and the quality of life of the two groups was assessed with Chinese version IBDQ, the psychological status of the two groups was assessed with self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS), and the satisfaction of the two groups with nursing education was assessed. [Results]There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, TCM health literacy and quality of life scores of experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05,P<0.01) and the scores were higher than those of control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). The psychological state, scores of SAS and SDS in experimental group were lower than those in control group and degree of satisfaction was higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). [Conclusion]Through the construction and application of TCM Health Education micro course for IBD, it can significantly improve the TCM health literacy in patients with IBD, can urge patients to make disease self-management, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life, ease patients' anxiety and depression, increasing patient satisfaction, which can provide a reference for future TCM health literacy interventions for patients with IBD.
