| [目的]从多角度总结胆腑和肾脏的内在联系，以期为临床胆病治肾、肾病治胆提供理论依据。[方法]通过查阅中医经典书籍及相关文献，从经络、五行、生理病理、现代研究探讨等方面详细阐述胆和肾的内在联系。[结果]经络相关方面，带脉、三焦经、京门穴、风池穴、悬颅穴为胆肾联系的枢纽；五行相关方面，胆肾五行属母子关系；生理功能方面，胆肾共同主骨、共司相火、布散真精、藏泄互用、共调水液、共调阴阳、共调情志；病理方面，胆肾相互影响。中医临床研究证实胆病治肾、肾病治胆的可行性；现代研究也发现胆和肾在病理生理方面的内在联系。[结论]胆腑和肾脏生理上相互配合、病理上相互影响具有扎实的中医古代理论基础，明晰二者的内在联系为胆病治肾、肾病治胆提供方向、扩展思路，可有效提高临床疗效，值得临床借鉴。 |

| [Objective]To summarize the internal relationship between the gallbladder and kidney from multiple perspectives， so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of gallbladder disease being treated from the kidney and kidney disease being treated from the gallbladder.[Methods] By referring to classic Chinese medicine books and relevant literatures， the internal relationship between the gallbladder and kidney was expounded in detail from the aspects of meridians， five elements， physiological and pathological， modern research and discussion， etc.[Results] In the aspect of meridian， Belt Vessel， tri-Jiao meridian， Jingmen point， Fengchi point and Xuanlu point are the hubs for the connection of the gallbladder and kidney. In the aspect of the five elements， the gallbladder and kidney belong to the relationship of mother and child. In the terms of physiological function， the gallbladder and kidney jointly control the bone， govern the fire， disperse the essence， cooperate in storing and discharging， regulate the liquid， regulate Yin and Yang， and regulate emotions. In terms of pathology， the gallbladder and kidney interact with each other. The clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has confirmed the feasibility of treating gallbladder disease from the kidney and treating kidney disease from the gallbladder; modern research has also found the internal relationship between the gallbladder and kidney in pathophysiology. [Conclusion] The gallbladder and kidney cooperate with each other in physiology and pathology， and it has a solid theoretical basis. To clarify the internal relationship between them can provide direction and expand thinking for the treatment of the gallbladder and kidney diseases， which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and is worthy of clinical reference. |
