| [目的]观察自拟解毒生肌洗方治疗指端软组织缺损的临床疗效。[方法]将2016年1月至2019年10月在舟山市中医院治疗的40例指端软组织缺损患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，每组20例。对照组采用常规治疗法，创面清创后以0.5%聚维酮碘溶液浸泡10min，再以同浓度碘伏纱布覆盖创面。试验组创面清创后，予自拟解毒生肌洗方浸泡10min后，再以同浓度药液纱布覆盖创面。对比两组患者治疗2、4周后的创面愈合率，治疗4周后临床疗效、肉芽组织评分及创面感染率。[结果]试验组患者治疗4周后临床有效率为95%，明显高于对照组65%的临床有效率(P＜0.05)；试验组治疗2、4周后创面愈合率均高于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗4周后试验组肉芽组织评分优于对照组(P＜0.05)，创面感染率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。[结论]对于指端软组织缺损，应用自拟解毒生肌洗方进行治疗疗效显著，并能使伤指的外形得到良好的恢复。 |

| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Jiedu Shengji lotion in repairing fingertip soft tissue defect.[Methods] Forty patients， treated at Zhoushan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to October 2019 with fingertip soft tissue defect were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method. In control group， the wound was soaked in 0.5% povidone iodine solution for 10 minutes and then covered with iodine gauze of the same concentration after debridation. In experimental group， after wound debridation， the fingertip was soaked in Jiedu Shengji lotion for 10 minutes， then covered with the same concentration of drug solution and gauze. Outcome measurements which included wound healing rate after two and four weeks， the clinical efficacy， granulation tissue score and wound infection rate after four weeks were compared between the two groups. [Results] The clinical effective rate was 95% in experimental group after four weeks， which was significantly higher than 65% in control group(P＜0.05). The wound healing rate of experimental group was both higher than that of control group at the second week and the fourth week(P＜0.05). The granulation tissue score of experimental group was better than that of control group(P＜0.05)， and the wound infection rate was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05). [Conclusion]For the fingertip soft tissue defect， the self-made Jiedu Shengji lotion has a significant effect， and can make the shape of the injured finger recover well. |
