      [目的]探索基于“课程思政”理念的中医学专业大学生的核心素养理论模型,并探讨其在高校中医学人才培养过程中的应用对策和建议。[方法]采用定量和定性研究相结合的方法,对中医学专业在校学生、毕业生、领域专家等采用随机抽样的方法,发放自编问卷进行调查,同时对中医学专业授课教师、辅导员等采用个别化访谈的方式收集研究数据。[结果]共获得有效问卷378份,有效回收率为99.21%;共收集7位教师的个别化访谈数据。问卷调查结果显示,不同群体对于“关爱生命价值”“社会责任感”“道德品质”作为中医学专业大学生核心素养的评分均较高;个别化访谈结果显示,不同教师均提到“关爱生命价值”“社会责任感”“人格健全”“道德品质”的重要性。综合定量和定性研究结果,在“课程思政”理念下,中医学专业大学生核心素养应包含个人品质、沟通合作、社会责任、未来发展四个方面,学校需从专业培养方案和课程设置、教师角色重新定位、教育教学评价改革等方面进行完善。[结论]当前中医学专业面临着对于学生核心素养认知缺乏、人才培养目标不清晰、“课程思政”理念渗透不足等问题,学校可结合中医学专业大学生核心素养理论模型,进一步厘清专业人才培养目标,优化教育教学过程,培养适合未来需求的中医学人才。

      [Objective] To explore the theoretical model of core literacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) students based on the concept of “ideological and political education in curriculum”, and discuss its application countermeasures and suggestions in the process of TCM talent training in universities. [Methods] Using a combination of quantification and qualitative research, a random sampling method was adopted for school students, graduates, and domain experts of TCM majors, and self-made questionnaires were used for surveys. At the same time, teachers of TCM majors, college counselors and others were invited to accept individual interviews to collect research data. [Results] A total of 378 valid questionnaires were obtained, with an effective recovery rate of 99.21%. Individual interview data of 7 teachers were collected. Questionnaire results showed that different groups had higher scores on “caring for life value”“ social responsibility” “moral quality” as the core literacy of college students majoring in TCM. Individual interview results showed that different teachers mentioned the importance of “caring for life value”“social responsibility”“sound personality” and “moral quality”. Based on the quantitative and qualitative results, under the concept of “ideological and political education in curriculum”, the core literacy of TCM students should include four aspects: Personal quality, communication and cooperation, social responsibility and future development. Schools should be improved from the aspects of professional training programs and curriculum settings, teacher role re-positioning, reform of education and teaching evaluation. [Conclusion] Currently, TCM majors are facing problems such as insufficient recognition of students’ core literacy, unclear talent training objectives, and insufficient infiltration of the concept of “ideological and political education in curriculum”. Schools can further clarify the training objectives of professionals, optimize the education and teaching process, and cultivate TCM talents suitable for future needs in combination with the theoretical model of students’ core literacy of TCM majors.
