| [目的]总结张仁主任针灸异病同治法在泌尿生殖系统疾病的临床应用，以更好地传承其学术思想。[方法]通过跟师临证、医案整理、心得总结等，分析张仁主任针灸治疗泌尿生殖系统疾病的主要思想和处方治则，并列举临床验案加以佐证。[结果]张仁主任结合自身丰富的临床经验，治疗泌尿生殖系统疾病以同治基础方为主，同时讲究取穴同中有异、强调气至病所、结合应用快针留针、治病与调神配合的治疗原则和方法。所举尿失禁、前列腺增生、附睾炎、遗尿等临床验案，虽属不同疾病，但总体病机病位较一致，均为泌尿生殖系统疾病，病机为肾与膀胱气化功能不利或失约，采用异病同治法治疗，均获得良好效果。[结论]张仁主任根据泌尿生殖系统疾病病机病位特点，总结出针灸异病同治法治疗泌尿生殖系统疾病的思路与方法，临床应用疗效甚佳，值得推广。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical application of Director ZHANG Ren‘s thoughts of treating different diseases with the same acupuncture and moxibustion method in the treatment of urogenital system diseases， so as to better inherit the academic thoughts of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). [Methods]The main ideas and prescription treatment principles of acupuncture and moxibustionin the treatment of urogenital system diseases were analyzed through clinical experience， medical records arrangement and summary of experience， and clinical cases were enumerated to support. [Results] According to his rich clinical experience， Director ZHANG Ren treats urogenital system diseases in the same basic treatment， he also pays attention to the treatment principles and methods of selecting different acupoints with similarities and differences， emphasizing Qi to the disease site，combining application of rapid acupuncture and retaining acupuncture， and coordination of treatment and mind regulating.Although urinary incontinence， prostatic hyperplasia， epididymitis， enuresis and other clinical cases were different diseases， the overall pathogenesis and disease location were relatively consistent， all of them were urogenital system diseases， the pathogenesis was the dysfunction of gasification of the kidney and bladder，the different diseases were treated with the same method， and good results were obtained. [Conclusion]According to the characteristics of pathogenesis and disease location of urogenital system diseases， Director ZHANG Ren sums up the ideas and methods of acupuncture and moxibustion for the same treatment of different diseases of urogenital system diseases. The clinical application effect is very good， and it is worthy of promotion. |
