| [目的]探索有利于中医药传承、创新、发展的学术评价体系。[方法]通过查阅相关文献，分析当前中医药学术评价中存在的问题，联系现实情况分析同行评议的优缺点，同时结合中医自身的学术特点提出有利于中医药发展与创新的相关建议。[结果]现存的以同行评议为主的学术评价体系存在着一定的弊端，主要体现在有损中医的学术特性，扼杀中医辨证精神，弱化学术成果实践转化，影响中医临床疗效，阻碍中医药文化传承，不利于中医药特有的学术发展等方面。评价中医，必须防止标准化，实现具体化；走出象牙塔，面向大众化；立足临床，警惕常规化，实现中医药的多元化发展。创新中医，应当珍视中医传承，保持中医特色。[结论]中医药学术评价，应以符合中医药独有的学术特点为标准，制定有利于中医药学术传承与发展的学术评价体系，实现中医药独具“中医特色”的医学创新，以促进中医药的传承与发展。 |

| [Objective]To explore an evaluation system that is conducive to the inheritance， innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). [Methods]By studying related literature， the existing problems in the academic evaluation of TCM were analyzed， and the advantages and disadvantages of peer review were discussed in terms of actual situation. At the same time， relevant suggestions conducive to the development and innovation of TCM was put forward according to its academic characteristics.[Results]The existing academic evaluation system based on peer review has some certain drawbacks， which are mainly reflected in aspects such as damaging the academic characteristics of TCM， weakening the practical transformation of academic achievements， affecting the cultural heritage of TCM， and not conducive to the unique academic development of TCM.To evaluate TCM， we must pay attention to the characteristics of TCM; to innovate TCM， we should cherish the inheritance of TCM.[Conclusion]According to the unique characteristics of TCM， it is necessary to formulate an academic evaluation system that is based on syndrome differentiation and treatment， so as to promote the inheritance and development of TCM. |
