| [目的]探索挖掘雷氏医学与丹溪学派之间的渊源以及雷氏医学对丹溪学说的传承发挥。[方法]采用传统医史文献整理研究方法和现代数据库挖掘技术相结合的研究手段，对雷氏医学与丹溪学派之间的渊源以及雷氏医学对丹溪学说的传承发挥进行系统分析、总结。[结果]位于金华义乌的丹溪学派和与之邻近的衢州雷氏医学多有交融互鉴，雷氏医学深受丹溪学说的影响，在融通提高中泛化，促进了雷氏医学兼收并蓄且独具特色的学术特色及体系形成。丹溪学派与雷氏医学均源远流长，两者地域邻近、环境相似、文化融合、交流频繁，而且学派传人均素养精良。雷氏医学充分地继承发挥了丹溪学说，对中医经典提倡继承与创新并重，辨证论治以“气、血、痰、郁”为纲，临证处方注意审因制宜，用药主张养阴调胃扶正气，将治未病思想贯穿治疗始终。[结论]丹溪学派促进了雷氏医学学术思想的形成，而雷氏医学在传承的基础上进行了发展创新，扩大了丹溪学派的影响，促进了中医学的理论体系创新及临床实践发展。 |

| [Objective] To explore the relationship between LEI‘s Medicine and the Danxi school and the inheritance of LEI‘s Medicine to Danxi theory. [Methods] By using the research methods of traditional medical history literature collation and modern database mining technology， this paper made a systematic analysis and summary of the relationship between LEI‘s Medicine and Danxi school， and the inheritance and development of LEI‘s Medicine from Danxi‘s theory. [Results] The Danxi shool of medicine located in Yiwu， Jinhua， and the LEI‘s Medicine was in nearby Quzhou， they had much interaction and mutual learning. LEI‘s Medicine was greatly influenced by the Danxi‘s theory，and it promoted the formation of the unique and inclusive academic characteristics and system. The Danxi school and LEI‘s Medicine both had a long history， with close geographical proximity， similar environment， cultural fusion， frequent communication and all the descendants had excellent accomplishment. LEI‘s Medicine fully inherits and develops the Danxi‘s theory， advocates both inheritance and innovation in the classic of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)， takes “Qi， Blood， Phlegm and Depression” as the guiding principle in syndrome differentiation and treatment， pays attention to adjusting measures according to clinical conditions， and advocates nourishing Yin， regulating the stomach and strengthening Qi in medication， and the thought of preventive treatment of disease runs through the whole course of treatment.[Conclusion]It can be seen that the Danxi school has promoted the formation of LEI‘s Medical academic thoughts， and the development and innovation of LEI‘s Medicine have been carried out on the basis of inheritance， which has enlarged the influence of the Danxi school and promoted the innovation of the theoretical system and the development of clinical practice of TCM. |
