| [目的] 总结分析殷岫绮教授临床治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致子宫内膜容受性低下的经验。[方法] 通过跟随殷岫绮教授参与临床诊疗工作并整理相关病例资料，从病因病机、临证辨治及遣方用药方面对其治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致子宫内膜容受性低下的经验进行总结归纳，并附验案一则以验证。[结果] 多囊卵巢综合征所致的子宫内膜容受性低下是导致不孕的主要原因之一，亦是治疗难点所在。殷岫绮教授基于多年临证经验认为，本病病位在胞宫胞脉，病机以肾阴癸水匮乏、血海胞脉不充、阴阳转化失司为主，强调内膜的“静”与“动”为治疗的关键，静以滋养，创制紫萸方补肾填精、充盈血海；动助运化，将治疗着眼点前移至经后期，重阴方能转阳，恢复内膜周期节律。同时结合临床观察，因人制宜，肥瘦分论，收到较好疗效。所举验案诊断为多囊卵巢综合征、不孕症，殷岫绮教授辨为肾精亏虚，痰瘀阻滞，治以补肾填精、活血化痰，同时顺应月经周期的阴阳转化，采用紫萸方化裁治疗，喜得一子。[结论] 殷岫绮教授“动静结合”“因人制宜”治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致子宫内膜容受性低下，疗效确切，其经验值得学习借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To summarize and analyze Professor YIN Xiuqi‘s clinical experience in the treatment of low endometrial receptivity caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). [Methods] Through following Professor YIN Xiuqi to participate in clinical work and sorting out relevant cases data， her experiences in the treatment of low endometrial receptivity caused by PCOS were summarized in terms of etiology and pathogenesis， clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment， prescription and medication， and a clinical case was reported for better demonstration. [Results] The low endometrial receptivity caused by PCOS is one of the main causes of infertility and the difficulty of treatment. Based on the experience of many years of clinical work， Professor YIN Xiuqi believes that the disease is located in the uterus and endometrium， the main pathogenesis is the shortage of kidney Yin and the sea of blood and the loss of Yin and Yang transformation. She emphasizes that the “static” and “dynamic” of endometrium are the key to treatment. In order to nourish the endometrium， Ziyu formula was created to replenish the kidney， fill the essence and fill the sea of blood. In order to promote the transformation of endometrium， the treatment focus should be moved forward to the postmenstrual period， heavy Yin can turn into Yang and restore the endometrial cycle rhythm. At the same time， Professor YIN takes the treatment chosen according to the variability of an individual， obese and lean people have different therapeutic schedules. The case was diagnosed as PCOS and infertility， and identified as deficiency of kidney essence and phlegm and blood stasis， treated with tonifying the kidney and filling essence， activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm. At the same time， the treatment was conformed to the transformation of Yin and Yang in the menstrual cycle and Ziyu formula was adopted. After treatment， the patient achieved good results. [Conclusion] Professor YIN Xiuqi‘s treatment of low endometrial receptivity caused by PCOS through “association of activity and inertia” and “treatment chosen according to the variability of an individual” has a definite effect， which is worth learning for later generations. |
