| [目的] 探讨清代医家陈士铎所著《外经微言》的学术价值，分析其对中医基础理论的创新之处及其对临床实践的指导意义。[方法] 采用文献研究法，通过研读《外经微言》及陈士铎的其他医著，分别从“陈士铎与《外经微言》”“理论价值”“临床价值”“不足与展望”等四个方面，探讨《外经微言》的学术价值。[结果] 《外经微言》对于中医基础理论有着诸多创新，具有较高的理论价值与临床价值。《外经微言》中提出了五行关系生中有克、克中有生；命门不全属于肾，亦不全离乎肾；命门之火可泻以及河车理论等一系列新观点。根据这些观点，陈士铎在《辨证录》等临床专著中创制了一系列临床方剂，对中医临床的发展作出了重要贡献。由此可见，《外经微言》具有重要的研究价值。[结论] 研究《外经微言》对于更好地理解《内经》、体悟陈士铎学术思想以及发展浙派中医而言都是大有裨益的。 |

| [Objective] To explore the academic value of Waijing Weiyan written by CHEN Shiduo， a doctor in the Qing Dynasty， and to analyze the innovation to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and its significance in guiding clinical practice. [Methods] Using the method of literature research， through reading Waijing Weiyan and other medical books of CHEN Shiduo， the academic value of the book was explored via four aspects including “CHEN Shiduo and Waijing Weiyan” “theoretical value” “clinical value” and “shortage and prospects”. [Results] There are numerous innovations in the basic theory of TCM， and it is of high value in theories and clinical practice. In this book， it is proposed that restriction exists within generation and generation within restriction in five elements relations， Mingmen neither all belongs to the kidney nor all departs from the kidney， the fire of Mingmen can be purged， and Heche theory. According to a series of novel viewpoints proposed in the book， CHEN Shiduo created a variety of clinical prescriptions of TCM in his clinical monographs such as Bianzheng Lu， and had made vital contributions to the development of TCM clinical practice. Thus it can be seen， the book Waijing Weiyan is of great research value. [Conclusion] It is beneficial to better understand Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor， comprehend CHEN Shiduo‘s academic thought and develop the Zhejiang school of TCM. |
