| [目的] 探析《临证指南医案》中叶天士临证应用桂枝汤的经验，为桂枝汤的临床应用提供思路。[方法] 搜集整理叶天士《临证指南医案》中应用桂枝汤的医案，分析桂枝汤的适用病证、方药化裁和药量规律。[结果] 《临证指南医案》中应用桂枝汤的医案总计40则，包括咳嗽中门、虚劳门、胃脘痛门、腹痛门、汗门、痞门等。叶天士以桂枝汤为主方进行加减化裁，除了常规治疗外感病、咳喘、汗证外，还用于治疗内伤疼痛、虚劳、心悸、痞证、泄泻、寒热如疟、发疹等病证，扩大了桂枝汤的应用范围。[结论] 叶天士既重视对前人学术经验的继承，又善于结合临床发展创新。学习叶天士对桂枝汤的加减应用，能够为临床拓展应用桂枝汤提供新的思路。 |

| [Objective] To analyze the experience of YE Tianshi in clinical application of Guizhi Decoction in Clinical Practice with Medical Records， and to provide ideas for the clinical application of Guizhi Decoction. [Methods] It collected and organized medical records of Guizhi Decoction in YE Tianshi‘s Clinical Practice with Medical Records， and analyzed the applicable disease syndromes， prescriptions and dosage rules of Guizhi Decoction. [Results] A total of 40 medical records of Guizhi Decoction were used in Clinical Practice with Medical Records， including the cough category， the asthenia category， the epigastric pain category， the abdominal pain category， the sweating category， the stomach fullness category， etc. YE Tianshi used Guizhi Decoction as the main prescription， in addition to the conventional treatment of exopathic disease， cough， asthma and sweat， Guizhi Decoction can also be used to treat internal injury pain， asthenia， heart palpitations， puffiness， diarrhea， cold and hot like malaria， rash and other disease syndromes， which has expanded the scope of application of Guizhi Decoction. [Conclusion] YE Tianshi not only attached importance to the inheritance of the academic experience of predecessors， but also was good at combining clinical development and innovation. Through learning YE Tianshi‘s addition and subtraction application of Guizhi Decoction， it can provide new ideas for the clinical application of Guizhi Decoction. |
