      [目的] 掌握中医药院校大学生的劳动教育状况,阐明当前劳动教育状况对劳动行为的影响,为提升大学生劳动素养和能力提供参考。[方法] 随机抽取4所中医药院校19~24岁本科生开展问卷调查,收集人口学特征、劳动教育和劳动行为情况等。采用多因素Logistic回归模型,控制年龄、性别、户籍等因素,分析劳动教育对劳动行为的影响。 [结果] 中医药院校中,有69.67%大学生接受过劳动价值观教育,56.73%接受过劳动指导,48.33%有过劳动考评。39.73%的学生表示喜欢学校开展的劳动,54.40%表示一般。控制年龄、性别、户籍等因素可见,开展劳动价值观教育能够促进大学生参与日常生活劳动、专业性劳动和服务性劳动,但对参与创新性劳动无显著影响。开展劳动指导能够促进大学生参与创新性劳动、专业性劳动和服务性劳动,但对参与日常生活劳动无显著影响。开展劳动考评对大学生参与各类劳动均无显著影响。对学校开展的劳动活动表示喜欢或一般的大学生更有可能参与服务性劳动。[结论] 劳动教育对大学生劳动行为有积极影响,应进一步推进大学生的劳动价值观教育,加强劳动指导,改善劳动考评机制,激发大学生参与各类劳动的兴趣,促进中医药院校劳动教育融入人才培养。
英文摘要:
      [Objective] To grasp labor education level for college students in traditional Chinese medical(TCM) colleges, clarify the impact of labor education on labor behavior, and provide references for improving college students' labor literacy and ability. [Methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted among 19~24 years old undergraduates from four TCM colleges at random to collect demographic information, labor education and labor behavior. Multivariate Logistic regression model was used to control age, gender, and household registration and other factors to analyze the impact of labor education on labor behavior. [Results] 69.67% of the college students have received education on labor values, 56.73% have received labor guidance, and 48.33% have received labor assessment. 39.73% of the students said they liked the labor carried out by the school, and 54.40% said they were average. Controlling factors such as age, gender, household registration, etc., it could be seen that carrying out labor value education could promote college students to participate in daily labor, professional labor and service labor, but had no significant impact on participation in innovative labor. Carrying out labor guidance could promote college students to participate in innovative labor, professional labor and service labor, but had no significant impact on participating in daily labor. Carrying out labor assessment had no significant impact on college students' participation in various types of labor. College students who liked the labor activities carried out by the school were more likely to participate in service labor. [Conclusion] Labor education had a positive impact on college students' labor behavior. It is necessary to further promote college students' labor value education, strengthen labor guidance, improve labor evaluation mechanism, stimulate college students' interest in participating in various types of labor, and promote the integration of labor education in TCM colleges into talent training.
