| [目的]总结夏师治疗眩晕的临证特色及经验。[方法]通过跟师随诊及反复研读夏师临证病案,选取柴胡温胆汤案、半夏白术天麻汤合苓桂术甘汤案、补中益气汤合桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤案以及桂枝茯苓丸合五苓散案,从病机、症候、方药等详述夏师临证辨治眩晕的处方用药特色及经验。[结果] 夏师认为,眩晕一证,临证多见,论治之法,历代医家述之甚详,可归结为“风”、“火”、“痰”、“瘀”、“虚”。然临证所见眩晕,单一病邪为患见之甚少,多种病邪相兼屡见不鲜,或气郁风痰上扰,或脾虚湿浊为患,或气虚精血内竭,或血水互结内阻等,不一而足。分别治以行气解郁，化痰熄风；运脾化浊，通阳利饮；健脾益肾，补气升阳；活血利水，温经通络等，疗效确切。[结论]夏师临证论治眩晕,辨证精准,处方熨帖,值得借鉴学习应用。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical characteristics and experience of XIAYongliang in treating vertigo. [Method] Through follow-up with teacher Xia and repeatedly study of XIA Yongliang's clinical cases, Selecting the cases of Chaihu Wendan Decoction, Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined with Linggui Zhugan Decoction, Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction, Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with Wuling powder, Elaborating the characteristics and experience of teacher Xia's clinical identification and treatment of vertigo from the aspects of pathogenesis, symptoms, prescriptions, etc. [Result] Teacher Xia believes that vertigo is one symptom , But it is very common clinically. The method of treatment is described in detail by past doctors, which can be summarized as "wind", "fire", "phlegm", “blood stasis” ,”deficiency”. The vertigo is rarely seen in the clinic due to a single factor, and it is common due to multiple factors, such as qi stagnation combined with wind-sputum up-disturbing, spleen deficiency and dampness, qi deficiency and blood exhaustion, blood statis conbined with and dampness,etc. The respective treatment can be classified by rectifying qi and resolving constraint , dissolving phlegm and extinguishing wind; fortifying the spleen and removing turbidity, unblocking yang and promoting urination; fortifying the spleen and supplementing kidney, supplementing qi and raising yang; invigorating blood and promoting urination; warming the channels and unblocking the collaterals ,etc. It receives good effect. [Conclusion] Teacher Xia treats the disesse of vertigo appropriately and accurately, And the prescription is worth learning and applying. |
