      [目的]探索医教结合“双师型”教师教学能力提升路径,为医学院校师资队伍建设提供参考。[方法]通过文献调查等方法,分析医学院校“双师型”教师教学能力现状,构建五术融合的医教结合“双师型”教师教学能力结构模型,以浙江中医药大学医教结合协同育人工作推进为契机,探索“双师型”教师教学能力提升路径,并以教师教学发展的实际成效和育人成效予以佐证。[结果]基于五术融合的教师教学能力结构模型的“培-研-赛”一体化进阶式医教结合“双师型”教师教学能力提升路径,能较好地补足医教结合“双师型”教师教学能力补足的短板,促进教师教学能力发展。近年来,浙江中医药大学医教结合“双师型”教师教学发展成效和医学人才培养质量的持续提升,充分证实了五术融合教学能力结构模型的科学性和提升路径的有效性。[结论]医学教育的高质量发展,需要有一流的师资作为保障,医教协同育人工作的深化,关键在于“双师型”教师教学保障的有效运行和教学能力的持续提升。本项目经过“培-研-赛”一体化进阶式医教结合“双师型”教师教学能力提升路径的探究,有效促进了“双师型”教师教学能力提升,推动了“双师型”教师教学发展,推进了一流医学人才的培养,可作为医学院校“双师型”师资队伍建设的参考。

      [Objective] To explore the way of improving the teaching capacity of "double qualified" teachers in combination of medical education and provide reference for the construction of teaching staff in medical colleges and universities. [Methods] Through literature survey and other methods, this paper analyzes the current situation of teaching capacity of "double qualified" teachers in medical colleges and universities and constructs the teaching capacity structure model of "double qualified" teachers with the integration of five skills. Based on the practical work in Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, this paper also explores the improvement path of "double qualified" teachers' teaching capacity by providing evidence in the practical effect of teachers’ skill improvement. [Results] Based on the structure model of teachers' teaching capacity, the "Training- Research- Competition" integration of advanced medical education combined with "double qualified" teachers' teaching capacity improvement path can better complement the shortcomings of "double qualified" teachers' teaching capacity, and promote the development of teachers' teaching capacity. In recent years, the continuous improvement of the teaching development effect and the quality of medical personnel training of "double qualified" teachers in Zhejiang Chinese Medical University fully proves the scientificity of the teaching capacity structure model of five skills integration and the effectiveness of the promotion path. [Conclusion] The high-quality development of medical education needs the first-class teachers as the guarantee. The key to deepen the collaborative medical education lies in the effective operation of "double qualified" teachers' teaching guarantee and the continuous improvement of their teaching capacity. Through the exploration of improvement path of "double qualified" teachers' teaching capacity in the way of "Training- Research- Competition", this project effectively improves the "double qualified" teachers' teaching capacity, promotes their teaching development, and advances the cultivation of first-class medical talents, which can be used as a reference for the construction of "double qualified" teachers in medical colleges and universities.
