| [目的]总结何迎春教授自拟鼻炎方治疗过敏性鼻炎的经验。[方法]通过跟师抄方、教学面授，记录和分析典型病案，并列举三则不同证型的验案探析何师治疗该病的学术经验。[结果]何师认为过敏性鼻炎以肺气虚寒证为主，临床常采用鼻炎方温肺散寒，结合中医序贯疗法。三则验案显示，兼肺脾气虚者，治以温补肺脾、散寒化湿，予鼻炎方治疗后再予十全大补汤补益气血；兼肾气虚弱者，治以温肺散寒，予鼻炎方后再予右归饮温肾固本；脾肾两虚者，治以温补脾肾，先予右归饮和十全大补汤健脾益肾，扶正补虚，再予鼻炎方，分阶段辨证施治，可获显著疗效。[结论]何迎春教授治疗过敏性鼻炎运用温肺散寒、健脾益气、补肾培元等方法，标本兼治，屡获良效，值得医者借鉴。 |

| [Objective]To conclude Professor HE Yingchun’s experience in treating allergic rhinitis with Biyan Prescription.[Methods]By learning from Professor HE, recording and analyzing typical cases, and listing three cases of different syndromes to summarize the academic points.[Results]Professor HE believes that allergic rhinitis is mainly with syndrome of deficient cold of lung Qi, and there is also spleen-kidney deficiency pattern. Professor HE uses Biyan Prescription combined with sequential therapy as usual method. Patients with deficiency of lung and spleen Qi were treated with warming up the lung and spleen, dispersing cold and dampness, Biyan Prescription was given before All Nourishing Decoction. Patients with weakness of kidney Qi were treated with warming lung and dispersing cold, Biyan Prescription was given before Yougui Drink. Patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney were treated with invigorating the spleen and kidney, Yougui Drink and All Nourishing Decoction is needed first to surpport vital energy, then Biyan Prescription was given next.[Conclusion]Professor HE treated allergic rhinitis with warming and dispelling cold, invigorating spleen and replenishing Qi and tonifying kidney. The treatment is effective and worth referencing. |
