[目的]探讨“四环导学”大学英语教学在培养中医药院校医学生跨文化交际能力方面的有效性。[方法]选取对照班和实验班,实验班实行“四环导学”大学英语教学,对照班实行传统大学英语教学。实验教学时间持续三学期。运用中医药跨文化交际能力测试试卷采集数据,SPSS19.0软件配对样本t检验和独立样本t检验对测试结果进行统计分析。[结果]结果显示:①实验班在“四环导学”大学英语教学实验后,跨文化交际能力有显著变化(t=-14.61,df=31,P<0.05),显著高于入学初的跨文化交际能力。②三个学期后,实验班和对照班学生跨文化交际能力有显著差异(t=9.74,df=52.42,P<0.05),实验班跨文化交际能力显著高于对照班跨文化交际能力。[结论]“四环导学”大学英语教学有利于中医药院校医学生跨文化交际能力培养;与传统大学英语教学相比,“四环导学”大学英语教学在培养医生跨文化交际能力方面存在优势。 |

[Objective] To explore the effectiveness of "four-link guiding study", a new college English teaching method, in cultivating the intercultural communicative competence of medical students in traditional Chinese medical universities. [Methods] Experimental class and control class were studied respectively, experimental class taught by "four-link guiding study" while control class by traditional college English teaching. The experiment lasted three semesters, with data collected by intercultural communicative competence test and analyzed by paired t test and independent sample t test later. [Results] The results show that ① the intercultural communicative competence of the experimental class is significantly higher than that at the beginning of college English teaching.(t=-14.61,df=31,P<0.05); ②and that after three semesters, there was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in intercultural communication competence(t=9.74,df=52.42,P<0.05), and the intercultural communicative competence of the experimental class was significantly higher than that of the control class. [Conclusion] It can be concluded that "four-link guiding study" is beneficial to the cultivation of students’ intercultural communicative competence, and compared with traditional college English teaching, "four-link guiding study" has advantages in cultivating the intercultural communicative competence of medical students. |
