      [目的] 阐明中医证候“上火”及引起“上火”的生物标志物之间的相关性。[方法] 通过整理和总结“上火”与炎症免疫、氧化应激、能量和脂质代谢、调节中枢神经递质以及菌群的文献,并通过文献中差异性分析找到引起“上火”的生物标志物,探讨这些生物标志物与中医证候“上火”之间的相关性。[结果]上火是以“炎症因子-氧化应激因子-能量相关因子”为主要指标,炎症因子主要表现为白细胞介素-1β (interleukin-1β, IL-1β)、转化生长因子(transforming growth factor-β, TGF-β)、白细胞介素-4 (interleukin-4, IL-4)、白细胞介素-10 (interleukin-10, IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6 (interleukin-6, IL-6)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(monocyte chemotactic protein 1, MCP-1)等的释放与合成。氧化应激因子主要包括活性氧(reactive oxtgen species, ROS)、4-羟基壬烯酸(4-hydroxynonenal, 4-HNE)、乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase, LDH)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase, GPX)、超氧化物歧化酶3 (superoxide dismutase 3, SOD3)、丙二醛(malonaldehyde, MDA)等;能量相关因子主要是腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMP- activated protein kinase,AMPK)和腺苷三磷酸(adenosine triphophate, ATP),能量代谢相关的变化主要集中在糖酵解、三羧酸循环、脂质代谢,并且这些指标同时受中枢神经系统(集中于神经递质)和菌群的影响。[结论]“上火”影响的生物标志物集中于炎症因子、氧化应激因子和能量相关因子,这为下一步找到临床可检测的生物标志物奠定了基础。
英文摘要:
      [Objective] To clarify the correlation between TCM syndromes "Shanghuo" and related biomarkers. [Methods] By collecting and summarizing the literatures on“Shanghuo” and inflammatory immunity, oxidative stress, energy and lipid metabolism, regulation of central neurotransmitters and microflora, the biomarkers causd by“Shanghuo” were found by differential analysis in the literatures. The correlation between these biomarkers and TCM syndrome “Shanghuo” was explored. [Results]The main indicators concentrated on "inflammatory factors-oxidative stress factors-energy related factors". The main inflammatory factors were the release and synthesis of IL-1β, TGF-β, IL-4, IL-10, TNF-α, IL-6, MCP-1, etc. Oxidative stress factors mainly included ROS, 4-HNE, LDH, GPX, SOD3, MDA, etc; energy-related factors were mainly AMPK and ATP, and energy metabolism-related changes focused on glycolysis, tricarboxylic acid cycle, lipid metabolism. These indicators were also affected by both the central nervous system(mainly neurotransmitters) and bacterial flora. [Conclusion] The results showed that the overall effect of "Shanghuo" biomarkers focused on inflammatory factors, oxidative stress factors and energy-related factors. These collective findings showed that the correlation between "Shanghuo" and biomarkers, which laid the foundation for the next step in finding clinically detectable biomarkers.
