| [目的]探究拔罐治疗非特异型颈椎病疼痛的临床疗效及不同拔罐方式、治疗时间应用的差异性。[方法]计算机网络检索PubMed、Embase、Web of science外文数据库及中国国家知识基础设施 (National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库网络版等中文数据库自建库起至2018 年3月1 日公开发表的关于拔罐治疗非特异型颈椎病的临床随机对照研究(Random Control Test,RCT)，由2名研究员独立筛选文献并提取资料，采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta 分析。[结果]共纳入9项研究、全部为RCT研究，采用随机效应模型合并效应量加权均数差(WMD)对文献进行分析，显示拔罐可以缓解非特异型颈椎病疼痛，差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)；与联合拔罐比较单纯火罐疗效显著，差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)；与长期治疗组(＞4周)比较短期治疗组(≤4周)疗效显著，差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。[结论]火罐(fire cupping)而非联合拔罐或者刺络放血拔罐(wet cupping)可能更适于非特异型颈椎病的治疗，同时增加拔罐时间可能并不能增加治疗效果。 |

| [Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of cupping for non-specific neck pain and the best methods of cupping as well as treatment period. [Method] Selected the proper literatures before Mar.1, 2018 from the foreign and domestic databases like PubMed,Embase,Web of science and CNKI,VIP,WanFang,Chinese Biomedical and so on. 9 literatures complying with the absorbing standards were chosen. 2 independent research men checked the and picked up the data, applying the RevMan5.3 to do analysis of Meta. [Result] All the absorbed literatures were RCTs and analyzed with Weighted Mean Difference(WMD), demonstrating that cupping may relieve the pain of non-specific neck pain, having statistical meaning(P=0.006); Compared with the combined cupping the dry cupping might have more obvious efficacy(P ＝ 0.006); Compared with the long-time(＞4 weeks) the short-time(＜4weeks) might have more obvious efficacy(P=0.002).[Conclusion]The fitter compensatory treatment method for non-specific neck pain may be fire cupping rather than combined cupping or bleeding cupping，at the same time raising the treatment time might not coordinate with the better efficacy. |
