| [目的]探析傅萍教授治疗卵巢储备功能下降(decrease ovarian store, DOS)的特色经验。[方法]通过门诊随师学习，并整理傅萍教授相关医案，从病因病机、辨证思路及处方用药等方面分析总结傅萍教授治疗卵巢功能下降的临证经验，并附医案举例。[结果]傅萍教授认为，DOS之病位在肾，肾精亏损为本病的根本病机，或兼心脾不足、肝阴不足等。治疗上以填精补肾为基础，配合调理肝脾心等功能，其中填精补肾尤为注重血肉有情之品的使用。所举验案，患者辨为肾精亏虚，脾胃气弱，傅师采用了补肾填精佐以温脾益气的方法，疗效显著。[结论]傅萍教授以重用血肉有情之品补肾填精，佐以健脾养心、育阴清肝的方法治疗卵巢功能下降，颇具特色，具有重要的临床价值。 |

| [Objective] To explore the characteristic experience of Professor FU Ping in treating decrease ovarian store(DOS). [Method] Through the study of the outpatient attendant, and collate the relevant medical records of Professor FU Ping, from the etiology, pathogenesis, dialectical thinking and prescription medication to analyze and summarize Professor FU Ping's clinical experience in treating ovarian dysfunction, and attach medical records for example. [Results] Professor FU Ping believes that the disease is located in the kidney, kidney essence deficiency is the fundamental pathogenesis of the disease, or both heart and spleen deficiency, liver Yin deficiency. The treatment is based on filling essence and tonifying kidney, cooperating with the function of regulating liver, spleen and heart, among which filling essence and tonifying kidney pay special attention to the use of flesh and blood products. According to the case, the patient was diagnosed as deficiency of kidney essence and weakness of spleen and stomach Qi. The master adopted the method of invigorating the kidney and filling the essence with warming the spleen and replenishing Qi. [Conclusion] Professor FU Ping treats DOS with the methods of reinforcing the kidney and filling the essence, strengthening the spleen and nourishing the heart, nourishing Yin and clearing the liver. The curative effect is remarkable and characteristic, which has important clinical value. |
