| [目的]探讨浙派针灸特殊针刺手法—金氏缠针的手法特点和临床经验。[方法]追思传承，弘扬发展，从理法术等方面，分析缠针的理论基础以及金老的针刺心法，并从缠针手法特点、主治病症、临床应用、病案举隅等方面探析金氏针灸缠针的临床经验。[结果]金老沿袭经典又独出心裁，结合长期临床经验，奠定缠针“三法合一，气至则效”的理论基础，重视诊治过程中“必一其神，令志在针”的思想，提出“松筋解结”是治疗关键，丰富了经筋病的治疗方法。笔者以缠针治疗经筋病、缓解肩背疼痛一案，试阐明金氏缠针舒筋通络、缓急止痛、调畅气血的特点，为众多疾病的诊治提供新思路。[结论]浙派金氏缠针手法轻巧，运用简便，疗效显著，在经筋病中应用广泛，值得临床推广。 |

| [Objective] To explore the characteristics and clinical experience of the special acupuncture manipulation of Dr. JIN’s acupuncture and moxibustion in Zhejiang. [Methods] We analyzed the theoretical basis and the acupuncture method of Dr.JIN from the aspects of tactics, etc., and analyzed the clinical experience of Dr.JIN's acupuncture and moxibustion based on the characteristics of the needles, the attending diseases, the clinical application, and the medical records. [Results] Based on long-term clinical experience, Dr.JIN laid the theoretical foundation of the theory of "three in one therapy for effective results" by combining the traditional practices with ingenuity. He also attached attention to the thoughts of “one-minded focus needle "and put forward that "relaxing the muscle, releasing the knot" was the key of acupuncture treatment. Further he strove to take fewer points to minimize the operation and consequently expanded and enriched the treatment of Jingjin diseases while providing new insights for that of other diseases. [Conclusion] Dr.JIN's needle wrapping technique is light, easy to use, and has remarkable curative effect. It is widely used in the treatment of Jingjin disease and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
