| [目的]探求明代医家薛铠、薛己治疗小儿疳证的学术思想。[方法]以薛铠、薛己合著的儿科著作《保婴撮要》为主要研究内容，结合其他医家著作，分析薛氏父子论治小儿疳证的学术思想。[结果]薛氏父子继承前人治疗小儿疳证的经验，结合临床实践并加以发挥，认为疳证症状虽多，但辨证要点仍以五脏为主，将疳证分为肝疳、心疳、脾疳、肺疳、肾疳五类，即五疳。针对小儿疳证脾胃失调的特点，提出治疗重点在于调补脾胃。同时父子二人认为治疗小儿疳证固本需与治疳并重，不可忽视标本兼治的重要性。[结论]治疗小儿疳证，薛氏父子强调辨明五脏为要点、调补脾胃为主、固本与治疳并重，注重与临床实践的结合，对治疗现代小儿疳证具有重要的理论价值。 |

| [Objective]To research the academic thoughts of XUE Kai and XUE Ji in the treatment of infantile malnutrition.[Methods]Taking XUE Kai and XUE Ji's paediatrics book Baoying Cuoyao as the main research content, and combining with other doctors' works, this paper analyzes the academic thoughts of XUE Kai and XUE Ji in the treatment of infantile malnutrition.[Results]XUE Kai and XUE Ji inherited the previous experience in the treatment of infantile malnutrition, combined with clinical practice and formed special academic thoughts. They thought that although the symptoms of infantile malnutrition were various, the main points of differentiation of syndrome were still of the five visceral organs. They divided the infantile malnutrition into five types: liver, heart, spleen, lung and kidney. According to the characteristics of spleen and stomach in the infantile malnutrition, they emphasized the importance of regulating spleen and stomach. Besides, they paid equal attention to the incidental and fundamental aspects when treating infantile malnutrition, which cannot be ignored.[Conclusion]In the treatment of infantile malnutrition, XUE Kai and XUE Ji emphasized distinguishing the five visceral organs as the main points ,regulating the spleen and stomach ,treating both the incidental and fundamental aspects, and paying attention to the combination with clinical practice which had important theoretical value in the treatment of modern infantile malnutrition. |
