| [目的]介绍陆启滨教授诊治肾阴偏虚、心肝火旺型更年期综合征的临床经验。[方法]通过跟师学习、分析研究陆启滨教授临床治疗阴虚型更年期综合征的临床医案，从病因病机、辨证论治、经验用药等方面总结陆教授治疗阴虚型更年期综合征的学术思想及临证经验，并举验案佐证。[结果]陆启滨教授提出肾阴偏虚为早期更年期综合征的病变之本，心肝火旺为发病之标，主张以滋阴益肾、清肝宁心为基本治法，同时重视饮食和精神调治。病案中患者辨为肾阴偏虚、心火偏旺证，治以滋肾养阴、清心安神，佐以健脾化痰，以自拟更年新方加减治疗，使水火既济，阴阳平衡，诸证悉除。[结论]陆启滨教授以滋阴益肾、清肝宁心为治疗大法，以自拟更年新方为基础方治疗更年期综合征，临床疗效显著，值得学习和推广应用。 |

| [Objective]To introduce the clinical experience of Professor LU Qibin in diagnosing and treating climateric syndrome.[Methods] Through studying with Professor LU, analyzing and researching clinical cases, Professor LU’s academic thoughts and clinical experience of treatment of menopausal syndrome from the etiology and pathogenesis were summarized, and proven cases were presented.[Results]Professor LU believes that deficiency of kidney-Yin are the primary reason of this disease, hyperactivity of heart-liver fire is the secondary cause. For the treatment, Professor LU puts emphasis on both nourishing kidney-Yin and clearing liver-heart fire. Furthermore, Professor LU suggests that treatment should be combined with psychotherapy and diet therapy. The patients in the cases were differentiated into kidney-Yin deficiency syndrome and heart-fire excessive syndrome. They were treated with nourishing kidney, nourishing Yin, clearing heart and tranquilizing mind, strengthening spleen and resolving phlegm. The self-made Gennianxin Prescription was added and subtracted according to symptoms, so that both water and fire were relieved, Yin and Yang were balanced.[Conclusion] Professor LU Qibin takes nourishing Yin, nourishing kidney, clearing liver and tranquilizing heart as the treatment principles, and uses self-made Gennianxin Prescription as the main prescription in treatment of climacteric syndrome. The clinical effect is remarkable, and it is worth learning and popularizing. |
