| [目的] 探讨自拟清胃散联合系统牙龈基础治疗对菌斑性牙龈炎的临床疗效。[方法] 选取我院2016年9月至2017年9月收治的120例菌斑性牙龈炎患者，按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组患者予以常规系统牙龈基础治疗，观察组在此基础上联合应用自拟清胃散治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后牙周状况变化以及不良反应发生情况。[结果] 治疗2周后，观察组总有效率为96.67%(58/60)，显著高于对照组81.67%(49/60)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。与治疗前比较，两组治疗后牙菌斑指数(plaque index，PLI)、牙龈指数(gingival index，GI)及龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index，SBI)值均显著降低(P＜0.01)，且观察组下降更显著(P＜0.01)。对照组不良反应率5.00%(3/60)， 观察组为8.33%(5/60)，两组间比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。[结论] 菌斑性牙龈炎应用自拟清胃散联合系统牙龈基础治疗更能有效缓解患者症状体征，维持牙周健康状态，疗效显著且安全性高。 |

| [Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of self-made Qingwei Powder combined with systematic basic gingival therapy on plague-induced gingivitis.[Methods] The subjects of this study, 120 patients with plague-induced gingivitis admitted in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017, were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group were administrated with conventional systematic basic gingival therapy, while observation group was treated with self-made Qingwei Powder in addition to what was applied to control group. The clinical efficacy, changes of periodontal condition before and after treatment, and adverse events were recorded and compared between the two groups.[Results] After two weeks of treatment, the overall effective rate of observation group was 96.67%(58/60), much higher than 81.67%(49/60) of control group(P＜0.01). Compared with those before treatment, the plaque index(PLI), gingival index(GI) and sulcus bleeding index(SBI) values of both groups after treatment decreased dramatically(P＜0.01), and the decrease of the observation group was more significant(P＜0.01). The incidence of adverse events of the observation group was 8.33%(5/60), there was no statistical difference compared with control group(P＞0.05). [Conclusion] In treating plague-induced gingivitis, self-made Qingwei Powder combined with systematic basic gingival therapy has been proved to be safe and effective in relieving the symptoms in patients and maintain periodontal health. |
