[目的]加强膏方制作水平,优化中药膏方的制备工艺,制定统一的膏方质量标准,确保临床应用的安全性、有效性。[方法]通过文献整理分析,结合多年实践经验,从物料、辅料的准备,中药的提取、浓缩、收膏等,详细介绍膏方制作过程及其质量评价。[结果]目前膏方主要制备工艺分为浸泡、煎煮、浓缩、收膏等,质量控制主要依赖人为主观判断成膏外观,以及采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法分别定性、定量检测内在指标如相对密度、不溶物、装量、黏度、含水量、微生物限度及出膏率等。规范了膏方制作流程并进行质量控制后,膏方的质量有显著提高。[结论]总结膏方制作过程中的问题并提出优化方法,探讨膏方质量评价体系,可为规范膏方的制作及完善质量控制提供有益参考。 |

[Objective] To ensure the safety and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine cream formula in clinical application, the processing technology and quality control methods were reoptimized and uniformly standardized. [Methods] Based on a large amount of literature analyzsis and clinical practice, the production process and quality evaluation of paste were concretely introduced from the perspectives of material preparation, as well as the extraction, concentration and ointment of traditional Chinese medicine. [Results] According to the application of thin layer chromatography(TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) analysis during the production process, the quality of the paste has been significantly improved. [Conclusion] This paper summarizes the problems in the process of paste preparation and gives the probable solutions, which provides a canonical guidance for the paste preparation and quality control. |
