| [目的]观察牛角罐治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。[方法]纳入2017年4月-2018年10月我科就诊的急性期腰椎间盘突出症患者80例，随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例。对照组采用骨科常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上，采用牛角罐治疗。对比两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale，VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores，JOA)以及腰椎活动度，比较临床疗效。[结果]治疗后，治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组治疗后的VAS评分量表分值、JOA评分量表分值、腰椎活动度改善均明显优于治疗前，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组VAS评分量表分值、JOA评分量表分值、腰椎活动度改善均明显优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]牛角罐联合骨科常规治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著，优于单纯骨科常规治疗，说明牛角罐在缓解腰部疼痛和改善活动功能方面，具有一定的优势。 |

| [Objective] To observe the effects of horns cupping in the treatment of the patients with acute stage of lumbar disc herniation. [Methods] 80 patients with acute lumbar disc herniation in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=40) and the control group(n=40) according to the random number table method. The patients of the control group were used the routine treatment in Department of Orthopedics, and those of the treatment group were treated with horns cupping on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects, the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),the scores of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA), the lumbar spinal motion were compared between the two groups. [Results]After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the VAS score, JOA score and lumbar mobility of the two groups after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the VAS score, JOA score and lumbar mobility of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). [Conclusions] The horns cupping in the treatment of the patients with acute lumbar disc herniation, could relieve the waist pain, improve lumbar motor function and promote the recovery of the disease. |
