[目的]综述近年来杏仁核(neuropeptide S, NPS/NPSR)神经肽系统参与痛情绪过程的研究进展。[方法]通过中国知网、万方、PubMed 等数据库检索近年来国内外关于杏仁核NPS/NPSR神经肽系统参与痛情绪相关反应的实验研究文献,总结杏仁核NPS/NPSR神经肽系统参与痛情绪过程的研究概况。[结果]①杏仁核活动与痛情绪密切相关,抑制杏仁核活动可以减轻甚至消除疼痛相关情绪行为;②NPS/NPSR神经肽系统在杏仁核的信号传输机制中发挥了重要的作用:NPS通过杏仁核BLA环路进行信息处理,从而实现对疼痛负性情绪的调控。[结论]NPS/NPSR神经肽系统通过杏仁核信息传递相关通路参与调控痛情绪行为,作用显著。深入研究NPS/NPSR神经肽系统在痛情绪行为中的神经生物学机制,有望为临床治疗痛情绪提供新的治疗思路与手段。 |

[Objective] To summarize the research progress on the involvement of NPS/NPSR neuropeptide system in the amygdala in the emotional processing of pain.[Methods] By querying the nearly years of the domestic and foreign literature about the involvement of NPS/NPSR in the amygdala in the pain-related reactions from CNKI,Wan Fang,PubMed,etc,summarizing the overview on studies of the effect of NPS/NPSR in the amygdala in the emotional processing of pain.[Results](1)Activity of the amygdala is closely related to pain emotions. Pain-related emotional behaviors will be alleviated,even eliminated,if the activity of amygdala is inhibited.(2)The NPS/NPSR neuropeptide system plays an important role in the signal transmission mechanism of the amygdala: NPS deals with the information via BLA circuit of the amygdala to regulate the negative emotions.[Conclusion]The NPS/NPSR participates in the regulation of pain-related emotional behavior through the circuit of amygdala.In-depth studies on the neurobiological mechanism of NPS/NPSR neuropeptide system in pain-related behaviors are expected to provide new therapeutic ideas and means for clinical treatment of pain emotion. |
