| [目的]总结劳绍贤教授治疗脾胃疾病的临证用药经验。[方法]通过临床跟师学习、记录典型病例、查阅相关文献，从疾病的诊治思路及经验方药方面论述劳教授治疗脾胃疾病的学术思想和临证经验，对其常用药对和自拟良方进行总结，并举验案佐证。[结果]劳绍贤教授临证以证为本、病为枢、症为标，通过舌诊将脾胃疾病分为脾胃湿热、气滞胃肠、脾胃气虚、气阴两虚4个基本证型，依据证型选用药对，同时结合现代药理研究成果，形成自己独具特色的经验用药和处方。脾胃湿热证者，治以清热祛湿；气滞胃肠者，治以调畅气机、疏肝和胃；脾胃气虚证者，治以健脾祛湿；气阴两虚证或兼瘀热互结者，治以气阴双补、瘀热并清，临床治疗脾胃病收效显著。所举验案中患者辨证为肠道湿热、气血凝滞，予以清热祛湿、理气行血治疗后，疗效良好。[结论]劳绍贤教授病证结合治疗脾胃疾病临床疗效良好，其临床及学术经验值得推广。 |

| [Objective]To summarize clinical medication experience of Professor LAO Shaoxian in treating spleen-stomach diseases. [Methods]Through clinic studying with the teacher, registrating of typical cases, consulting relevant literature, Professor LAO's academic views and clinical experience in treating spleen-stomach diseases is discussed from the aspects of diagnosis and treatment thinking and empirical formula. Professor LAO's commonly used medicines and the self-made prescriptions are summarized, and an effective case is recorded as evidence. [Results]Professor LAO takes pattern of syndrome as the basis, disease as the pivot and symptoms as the subordination in clinical practice. Through tongue diagnosis, spleen-stomach diseases were divided into four basic syndromes, the syndromes are spleen and stomach dampness, Qi stagnation in stomach and intestine, Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach, and deficiency of Qi and Yin. Combined with research results of modern pharmacology, Professor LAO has his own unique experience of medication and prescription, and always achieves satisfactory clinical results. Patients with damp heat in spleen and stomach are treated with clearing heat and expelling damp; patients with Qi stagnation in gastrointestinal tract are treated with regulating Qi, soothing liver and stomach; patients with deficiency of Qi of spleen and stomach are treated with invigorating the spleen and dampness; patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin combined with stagnation of heat and stasis are treated with nourishing both Qi and Yin, and clearing away stasis heat. The case was differentiated with intestinal damp heat, stagnation of Qi and blood, and achieved good results after treatment of clearing heat, dispeling dampness, regulating the flow of vital energy and blood circulation.[Conclusion]The treatment of spleen-stomach diseases by Professor LAO has good clinical curative effect, his clinical and academic experience are worthy of promotion. |
