| [目的]介绍导师庄礼兴教授促醒重型颅脑损伤后昏迷的思路和经验。[方法]通过跟师学习，收集庄礼兴教授临床上诊治颅脑损伤后昏迷的病例资料，探析其运用调神针法促醒的诊疗思路及中药的组方规律，总结庄礼兴教授针药结合促醒重型颅脑损伤后昏迷的经验，并举验案一则加以佐证。[结果]重型颅脑外伤的患者病位在脑，脑为元神之府，庄礼兴教授认为促醒昏迷状态的关键在于“治神”。“调神针法”是在特定的醒神开窍穴组上使用补泻手法，激发全身经气的运行。加味温胆汤中辅以麝香、石菖蒲等开窍药，可豁痰开窍，调畅气机。针药结合，在临床上收获了良好的疗效。所举验案为一重型颅脑损伤后昏迷的青年患者，在针药结合的治疗下成功转醒，充分应证了庄礼兴教授的经验和方法。[结论]庄礼兴教授运用“调神针法”配合温胆汤加减，促醒重型颅脑损伤后昏迷疗效显著，值得学习与借鉴。 |

| [Objective]To introduce the thoughts and experience of Professor ZHUANG Lixing about acupuncture of regulating mind for arousing consciousness of comatose patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. [Methods]Through studying with Professor ZHUANG, collecting the clinical cases about consciousness of comatose patients with severe craniocerebral trauma, making investigations on the mechanism of mind-regulating acupuncture therapy and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), his experience about the treatment of arousing consciousness of comatose patients with severe craniocerebral trauma was summed up, and a medical case was provided to support the idea. [Results] The location of this disease is the brain, which is the home of the primordial gods. Professor ZHUANG believes that the key of this treatment is”mind-regulating”. Several acupoints were chosen to regulate the mind, and modified Wendan decoction with musk and acori tatarinowii rhizoma was used to help awake. Mind-regulating acupuncture therapy, combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), acquiring good effects in clinic. The medical case was based on the combination of mind-regulating acupuncture therapy and TCM, which got success quickly. [Conclusion]It is worthwhile to learn and promote the treatment with acupuncture and medicine, which plays an important role in critical areas. |
