      [目的]综述近5年中药单体及中药复方对人肺腺癌A549细胞的作用及机制的研究进展。[方法]通过对Pubmed、Springer、Cnki、VIP及万方数据库检索近5年来国内外关于中药对人肺腺癌A549细胞作用及机制的研究文献,用表格直观地总结中药单体及中药复方对人肺腺癌A549细胞抗肿瘤作用及机制的研究结果。[结果]中药单体及中药复方的抗癌作用及机制主要包括:①通过影响PI3K/Akt/mTOM通路和MAPK/ERK通路等信号通路,调节Caspase、Bax及Bcl-2的表达水平来抑制A549细胞增殖并诱导其凋亡;②通过调节多种细胞周期蛋白(Cyclin B、Cyclin D、Cyclin E)进而激活细胞周期素依赖性蛋白激酶,最终使各期细胞发生周期阻滞;③通过影响MMPs通路和STAT3通路来抑制A549细胞的侵袭和转移;④降低耐药相关基因的转录表达来逆转A549/CDDP细胞的耐药性。[结论]中药单体及中药复方均对A549细胞表现出抗癌作用,研究结果为筛选新型抗肺癌靶向药物提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      [Objective] To summarize the studies on the effect and mechanism of Chinese medicine monomers and compounds prescription on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells in recent 5 years. [Methods]By searching the domestic and foreign literatures from Pubmed, Springer, Cnki, VIP and Wanfang databases, reviewing the studies about the effect and mechanism of Chinese medicine on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells in recent 5 years and intuitively listing the results of studies on Chinese medicine monomers and traditional Chinese medicine compounds with obvious effects on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells.[Results] The anti-cancer effect and mechanism of Chinese medicine monomers and Chinese medicine compounds mainly includes 4 points below: (1)Suppressing the proliferation of A549 cells and to induce its apoptosis by regulating the expression of Caspases ,Bax and Bcl-2 through the PI3K/Akt/mTOM pathway and the MAPK/ERK pathway.(2)Blocking the cell cycle by regulating the expression of Cyclin B, Cyclin D, Cyclin E and CDKs.(3)Inhabiting the invasion and metastasis of A549 cells by affecting the MMPs pathway and the STAT3 pathway.(4)Reversing the drug resistance of A549/CDDP cells by reducing the transcriptional expression of drug-resistant genes. [Conclusion] Both Chinese medicine monomers and the Chinese medicine compounds have significant anti-cancer effects on A549 cells, providing theoretical basis for screening new anti-lung cancer targeted drugs.
