| [目的]总结杨丹红教授对围绝经期女性盆底功能障碍性疾病病因病机的认识及治疗经验，为针灸治疗女性盆底功能障碍提供新的方法。[方法]通过跟师学习，阅读相关文献，收集医案，并从围绝经期女性盆底功能障碍性疾病病因病机、辨病辨证、分证取穴、针刺手法、临症案例等方面总结杨师治疗该病的临床经验。[结果]杨丹红教授认为本病临床施治应以整体、辨证思维为原则，其证型可归纳为肾气不固、脾虚气陷、肝气郁结三类，提出益肾固气、健脾举陷、疏肝理气三大治则。所举病案针穴处方以“百会、气海、关元、中极、维道”为基础方，并根据其证型随证配穴，针刺手法取提气手法结合穴位透刺法，疗效颇佳。[结论]杨丹红教授治疗围绝经期女性盆底功能障碍性疾病注重整体与辩证相结合，强调分证辨治，针刺手法古今结合，尤为重视提气法与穴位透刺相结合，应用于临床可取益肾固本、疏肝健脾、提气举陷之效。 |

| [Objective] To summarize Professor YANG Danhong's understanding and treatment of the etiology and pathogenesis of pelvic floor dysfunction in perimenopausal women, and to provide a new method for the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction by acupuncture and moxibustion. [Method] Through learning from the professor, reading relevant literature, collecting medical records and summarizing Professor YANG's clinical experience in treating the disease from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, differentiation of symptoms and signs, differentiation of evidence and acupoints, acupuncture techniques, case-taking and spouse-raising. [Result] Professor YANG Danhong believes that the clinical treatment of this disease should be based on the principle of holistic and dialectical thinking. Its syndrome types can be classified into three categories: Kidney-Qi deficiency, spleen-Qi depression and liver-Qi depression. She puts forward three treatment principles: Invigorating kidney-Qi, invigorating spleen and lifting depression, and soothing liver-Qi. The prescription of acupoints in medical records is based on Baihui, Qihai, Guanyuan, Zhongji and Weidao. According to the syndromes, the acupoints are matched according to the syndrome type. The method of Qi-lifting by acupuncture combined with acupoint penetration is effective.[Conclusion] Professor YANG Danhong's treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction in perimenopausal women emphasizes the combination of whole and dialectics, differentiation and treatment of syndrome differentiation, combination of ancient and modern acupuncture techniques, especially the combination of Qi-lifting method and acupoint penetration needling, which can be used in clinic to benefit kidney, strengthen liver and spleen, and lift Qi and ascend up. |
