| [目的]探讨何若苹医师应用血府逐瘀汤相关经验。[方法]通过跟师临证和收集选取何若苹医师应用血府逐瘀汤经典验案3则，分析病因病机、选方思路、治则治法和药物加减，为临床运用血府逐瘀汤提供借鉴。[结果]何若苹医师将血府逐瘀汤运用于银屑病、灼口综合征和睡眠障碍等疾病，其基本病机均为瘀血内阻。瘀血不去，故新血不生，气机郁阻，阴阳不交，而杂病丛生。治以活血祛瘀，以血府逐瘀汤为底方，并依据辨证佐以祛湿化浊、疏肝理气、滋阴润燥之法，取得满意的临床疗效。[结论]何若苹医师使用血府逐瘀汤不囿于胸中血瘀证，凡是具有瘀血体征、神志异常或疾病缠绵顽固的患者均可辨证使用此方，其经验值得借鉴和推广。 |

| [Objective]To discuss Doctor HE’s experience of using Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.[Method]Collecting and choosing three medical cases from outpatient clinics, to analyze etiology and pathogenesis, ideas of choosing prescription, therapeutic principle and method, as well as the addition and subtraction of medicine to provide the reference for clinical application.[Results]Doctor HE treats psoriasis, burning mouth syndrome and insomnia by using Xuefu Zhuyu decoction. Tthe basic pathogenesis is blood stasis which makes the deficiency of normal blood, hindrance of functional activities of Qi and disconnection between Yin and Yang, and finally diseases appear. Doctor HE chooses the way of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, adding the treatment of clearing damp, relieving Qi stagnancy in liver and nourishing Yin for moistening dryness, finally having good efficacy in clinical practice. [Conclusion]Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can’t be limited in blood stasis syndrome in the chest. Any patient with signs of blood stasis, abnormal mind or stubborn disease can use it. Doctor HE’s experience is worth to use for reference and promotion. |
