| [目的]介绍庄礼兴教授“调神针法”的学术渊源及其在考试综合征中的运用经验。[方法]简述“调神针法”的学术渊源及特点，结合庄教授对考试综合征的病因病机分析、辨证选穴思路和刺法操作特点，探讨“调神针法”在治疗考试综合征中的运用规律，并举一案例予以佐证。[结果]“调神针法”基于“靳三针”的“治神”思想，进一步探索“治神”的适用范围、选穴思路及操作精要，以治神为要，而重在调神，具有选穴精良、刺法等特点；庄礼兴教授认为考试综合征的基本病机为神明不安，情志失调，进而引起一系列精神躯体症状，故治疗以“调神”为原则，以求“主明而下安”。本例验案中，患者以胸闷心悸、忧郁失眠、乏力、精神不集中为主症，考虑病机为神志不宁兼有气血不调、神所失养，治疗选用 “安神”“定神”“养神”穴组配合四关穴，并结合生活调摄，取得满意疗效，体现了“调神针法”选穴精良、辨证取穴，巧妙配伍、善用刺法等特点。[结论]庄礼兴教授运用“调神针法”治疗考试综合征疗效显著，思路独到，值得针灸临床学习借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To introduce the application regularity of "acupuncture manipulation of regulating spirit" in the examination syndrome.[Methods]A brief introduction to the academic origins and characteristics of the "acupuncture manipulation of regulating spirit", combining Professor ZHUANG’s pathogenesis of examination syndrome, dialectical selection of acupoints and acupuncture operation through the case. We explore the application of "acupuncture manipulation of regulating spirit" in the treatment of examination syndrome.[Results] Based on Jin Sanzhen's idea of "governing spirit" "acupuncture manipulation of regulating spirit", further explored the application scope, acupoints selection and essence of operation of "governing spirit", which possessed the characteristics of both regulating spirit and selecting points accurately. For examination syndrome, Professor ZHUANG believed that the main pathogenesis was the maladjustment of spirit, further caused both physical and mental symptoms. Therefore, the treatment should follow the principle of regulating spirit, in order to calm spirits, and then to relieve symptoms. In the case, the patient was suffered choking in chest, palpitations, depression, insomnia, fatigue and lacking concentration, caused by unpeaceful spirit with disharmony of Qi and blood and dystrophy of spirit. Professor ZHUANG selected the acupoint groups of "Anshen"(Sishenzhen), "Dingshen"(Shenting and Yitang) and "Yangshen"(Shenmen and Sanyinjiao), emphasizing the Sishenzhen needles inwardly to achieve the effect of calming the spirit, and combined with the life adjustment, and finally presented remarkable effect. This case reflected the characteristics of "acupuncture manipulation of regulating spirit", selecting points accurately and dialectically, ingenious compatibility, good using of acupuncture and so on. [Conclusions] The application of "acupuncture manipulation of regulating spirit" presents remarkable effect and unique thinking, which is worthy of clinical learning. |
