| [目的]探讨论证中医之脾与肾何者为“至阴”之脏。[方法]从理论角度出发，结合临床实践，对脾与肾的生理特性、生理位置、脏腑阴阳、五行属性及临床特点进行对比分析。[结果]脾为水液运化之枢纽，水谷运化之使，与至阴之水关系密切；居五脏正中，极阴寒之处；因自身的至阴之性，对应阳明燥腑；五行属土，具有稳定敦厚的特性；临床亦多见“寒湿困脾”“脾阳虚”等证，少见脾阴虚证。而肾主水液之所出，泻多而藏少，肾主水强调肾阳的温煦气化在水液代谢中的作用。[结论]《内经》之“脾为阴中之至阴”是言脾具有“极阴之性”，肾当为少阴之脏，内蕴“少火”，阴中有阳，因此肾之阴不及脾之阴，脾乃“至阴之脏”。 |

| [Objective] To explore who has more notable characteristic of Yin in spleen or kidney. [Method] From the angle of theory and clinical practice， it analyzed physiological characteristics， physical location， Yin-Yang， five-elements of spleen and kidney，clinical characteristics. [Result] The spleen transforms water and grain，has very closed relationship with water, is located in the middle of the five viscera，matches to the stomach and belongs to earth in the five elements. Syndrome of cold-dampness disturbing spleen， deficiency of spleen Yang are common clinical types，but less to see the syndrome of deficiency of spleen Yin. Kidney is in charge of water excretion， and kidney Yang is more important. [Conclusion] Spleen has more notable characteristic of Yin. |
