| [目的]总结连建伟教授治疗痰瘀互结证的临床经验。[方法]通过跟随连师临诊、学习连师的著作，搜集痰瘀互结证相关医案，结合中医理论与临床辨证论治原则，总结连建伟教授从肝论治痰瘀互结证的辨证思维方法及临床治疗的经验，并举3则验案予以佐证。[结果]连建伟教授认为痰瘀互结证与肝密切相关，治以疏肝理气、化痰消瘀法，疏肝健脾、活血化痰法，平肝熄风、活血化痰法，清肝胆湿热、活血化痰法，通(肝)络逐瘀、活血化痰法。所附医案，以其特有的经验辨证论治，随症加减，临床效佳。[结论]连建伟教授重视调肝论治痰瘀互结证的思想具有独创性，疗效显著。 |

| [Objective]To summarize Professor LIAN Jianwei's clinical experience in treating turbid phlegm and blood stasis.[Methods]By studying the works of Professor LIAN Jianwei and following him in clinical practice to collect relevant medical cases of phlegm-blood stasis syndrome, and combining the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the principle of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment, this paper summarizes Professor LIAN Jianwei's dialectical thinking and clinical experience in treating phlegm-blood stasis syndrome from the liver. And some examples of clinical cases are attached in this essay. [Result]Professor LIAN Jianwei believes that the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis is closely related to liver. The treatments include relieving the depressed liver, resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis; soothing liver and strengthening spleen, promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm; calming liver-wind, promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm; clearing hepatobiliary damp-heat, promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm; dredging liver’s collaterals and removing blood stasis. The attached medical records are treated with syndrome differentiation and treatment according to his own experience along with the disease change, with good effect. [Conclusion]Professor LIAN Jianwei attaches great importance to the differentiation and treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome by regulating the liver. He has unique views on it and often obtains great effect for mutual learning. |
